Steffy and Liam (Friends or Lover's)?

We all know how Steffy and Liam 1st met on B&B But what if the circumstances were a little different. What if Amber would of never been in the picture. Or what if Steffy never had an affair with Bill Spencer. What if Liam and Steffy had one of their 1st encounters at Bill Spencer's party where $Bill announced Liam was his son to the world. What if from that night on Liam found it hard to stay away from the sexy bad girl Steffy Forrester though he was dating good girl Hope Logan. This is my interpretation of how Steffy and Liam 1st met.
