{13} Got Dynamite

Cally's POV

She believes it. She's falling for it just like I fell for her. Her smile is going to wiped away just like she wiped away mine. Her heart is going to be torn just like she tore mine.

"Cally, I was wondering if you wanted to come back on tour with me?"

Her voice brought me out of my thoughts and the smirk that I was imagining in my head, went away.

"I'll have to think about it."

After today, she's going to take that back. She probably won't even talk to me after this. There won't be a single word said to me from her mouth.

"Ok! Well I have a big meeting today so I better get ready. I love you Cals."

I smiled. She won't be saying that later.

I go upstairs and get ready for school. I have to take the bus today since Collins has to work on some stuff and well Demi can't.

I make my way down stairs and out the door. The bus stop is not too far away but I'm on freaking crutches and it feels like eternity.

"Oh look guys! Here comes the baby!"

I sit down on the bench and keep my eyes on my phone.

"So, what did Demi do to you this time?" Jessica said. Her voice sounded snobby.

"None of your fucking business."

"Well she had to do something didn't she?"

"Why don't you get a life and stay out of mine."

"OOOO we have a feisty one!"

She knocks my phone out of my hands then picks it up and throws it across the street.

"WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT FOR?!"

"Go get it!"

"You know I can't!"

"Too scared to cross the street?"

No words. I get up and start to head for my phone but out of nowhere, my crutch falls out from under mean and I face plant to the floor.

"Oops." Jessica and her other friends start laughing. The bus starts to come down the street and I quickly get up from the ground. Then I cross the street and look for my phone. Looking for 5 minutes, I face the fact that she lost it.

"Looking for this?" I turn and see Alex holding my phone.

"Yeah thanks." She hands me my phone.

"Since when do you take the bus?"

"Everyone is busy today."

"You could've called me."

"I thought you were still mad."

"The note?"

"We never exactly made up."

"Well then, Cally, I'm sorry for getting mad at you and I should've believed you."

"It's fine."

"Shall we head to my moms car?"

"We shall."

So smile and she leads me to the car. I sit down in the back seat and Alex sits down next to me.

"Here put your leg on my lap and rest your ankle."

I do as she says and rest my leg on her lap. My ankle is throbbing in pain. It itches and I can't scratch it which is even more painful.

"Hey do you mind if we stop by Walmart real quick?" I say. We still had about 30 minutes until school actually started and I wanted to see if the magazine was out yet.

"Yeah sure I guess. What do you need?"

"A new binder for school."

"Oh okay."

Her mom turns around and heads for Walmart. When we get there, I see a girl holding a magazine. Her face is priceless. Her jaw is almost to the floor and her eyes are wide open.

Alex's mom drops me off and I make my way to the cash register. I look up and down the magazine stack and right in the middle, was the one I requested.

The picture was the one Elizabeth's camera man took last night and the headline was "Demi Lovato turning on her sister?"

My plan is working. By the end of today, that smile she had this morning, will be gone.

I go back out the door and go to the car.

"Where's your binder?" Alex asks me.

"Oh umm they didn't have the right one."

"Oh okay."

Her mom starts heading for school.

I look out the window and let a huge smile on my face grow.

Learn from your mistakes Demi. You will regret everything you said.
