I've spent the past few months with four idiot boys, and I truly have no complaints. That is until today.
It's a Friday afternoon, the first week back at school after what for most was a relaxing break.
"It's one party, Jos! Come on, I know it's been ages since you've been out and it'll be fun!" Michael persuaded me as I sat with him at lunch, as I've been doing all week.
"I hate parties." I whined in response, throwing a chip at him since he kept pushing me.
"Me and the boys will be there, it'll be fun I promise."
He makes it hard to say no, and I'm quickly realizing that. It's something about the glint in his eye, and the way he smiles just hoping that I'll give in.
And it always makes me give in.
"Fine." I muttered weakly as I returned to my food, ignoring the smug grin on his face.

I had put a loose pair of mom jeans and sweater over my actual party outfit. I knew that Aunt Kat would never let me leave the house in what was underneath. Therefore as I softly stepped downstairs my anxiety was facing through my veins.
"I'm going to see some friends, Aunty." I said as calmly as I could as I approached her on the couch. She wasn't overly strict, just paranoid after all that I'd been through.
"I'm working overnight again, do you have your keys?" She asked, making me jingle my set of keys at her with a smile.
She nodded, smiling up at me from her seat on the couch.
"Have fun, and be safe kiddo." She said, gaining a brief eye roll from me before I skipped quickly out of the house to the driveway.
"What are you wearing?" Michael asked incredulously when I threw the door open to the backseat. Ashton was already up front and I'd never ask him to move.
"Just drive, Mikey." I hissed at him. He raised his hands in defense and quickly backed down the driveway.
As soon as we rounded the corner I was struggling for room between Calum and the door, the majority of the backseat being taken up by him and Luke.
I peeled my sweater over my head, revealing a black lace crop top I hadn't worn in ages, my plain black bra showing underneath. I struggled to pull my jeans down in the tight space, revealing a pair of high waist leather shorts with fishnets underneath.
Once that was finished I pulled my curled hair down from the bun I had carefully placed it in.
"Can I get a flashlight?" I turned and asked Calum, who I immediately noticed was staring. He snapped out of it quickly and averted his eyes.
"Uh...uh yeah." He stuttered, pulling his phone out and lighting the backseat. I pulled my own phone and turned the front camera on, carefully applying a deep red lipstick.
I have my backpack with me, as I told Aunt Kat we'd be working on a project for a school. Reaching into the bag I pull out a pair of black boots with a platform that makes me a few inches taller. I stuff my plain clothes back into the bag with my sneakers quickly as we pull up to a house.
I climbed out of the car with Calum following out, and the doors all echoed as the boys closed them.
"Oh." The first word out of Michael's mouth is barely audible, as he stares down at me.
"Sneaky, yeah? You know how Kat gets." I respond with a sly smile, straightening out my clothes.
He clears his throat and peels his eyes off of my body, glancing around at his friends. I notice the only one not seeming caught off guard is Ash.
