Chapter Twenty One:They Can't Be Here

It was early in the morning when I woke up. Usually he is the first to wake but he must have been really tired last night. Today I had an idea, I was thinking that we should go find this doctor guy form the lab and see if he had any information. I herd groans from beside me.

"Good morning sleepy head, how are your stitches doing?"

"They feel fine." He said, rubbing his eyes.

I got up off the bed, I forgot I was wearing only his T-shirt. Shit. I turned around to see him looking at me with his bright green eyes. He looks like he likes what he sees.

"You like what you see?" I ask him with a smile, then resting my hands on my hips. He gets off the bed and walks over to me.

"I like it when you wear my clothes, it looks good on you." He says making me blush.

He snakes his arms around my waist pulling me closer to him, he then puts one hand on my head and kissed my forehead. He puts his hand back onto my waist and pulls me into a hug. Gosh, I feel to safe in his arms.

"Five?" I mumbled into his chest.

"Yeah? What's up?" He asks, pulling slightly away from me. He looks into my eyes.

"I think we should go back to that guy from the lab and see if we can get any more information about the eye." I explained.

"That sounds like a good plan, let's get dressed."

About fifteen minutes later we were both ready.I was about to walk out of the bedroom when I noticed Five wasn't following me.

"Aren't you coming?"

"Yeah, but if we're going to is way. We won't have to talk to many people if we go this way."

"Okay." I said following him. I suddenly feel like I'm forgetting something. "Shit. Wait a second."

"Why?" He asks me.

"We can't forget Dolores." I tell him, he rolls his eyes at me.

I swing the duffel bag over my shoulder. Then we both hop out the window. As we are heading down the stairs, we see Klaus digging in the trash. Disgusting.

"I'm trying to find whatever that priceless crap was in that priceless box so that Pogo will get off my ass!" He tells ripping through a bag.

"I'd ask what you're up to, Klaus, then it occurred to me I don't care." Klaus laughs at Fives comment.

"Hey, you know there are easier ways out of the house."

"This one involved the least amount of talking. Or so I thought." Five tells him.

"You need anymore company today? I could, uh...clear my schedule."

"It looks like you've got your hands full." I tell Klaus with a disgusted look.

"Oh, this? No, no. I can do this whenever. I'm just—" he falls back into the dumpster, making me giggle.

"I just misplaced something. That's all. Oh. Found it! Thank god!" He pulls out a already half eaten doughnut, eww.

And the worst part is that he took a bite out of it. I gag in my mouth.

"Delicious." Klaus says, I gag again.

"I'm done funding your drug habit." Five tells him, he takes my hand and we turn to walk away.

"Come on! You don't— Maybe I just wanna hang out with my brother and his girlfriend."

"Wife." I correct him.

"Mi hermano! I love you! Even if you can't live yourself!"

Me and Five get into the car, he's driving this time. We pulled up to the lab and parked the car. Now we are looking for the doctor. We see him enter the building with his coffee, now we wait. I reached over in the back and take Dolores out of the bag.
