I searched for Sirius through the whole castle, until I found him in the courtyard. He was with his friends, but I marched towards him and asked him to come with me to talk in private. He stood up, ignoring the curious glances his friends were giving him.
"What's wrong?" He asked as he followed me to an empty bench.
"I need to come with you tonight." He shook his head.
"No way. You know what happened last time."
"I've practiced! I promise I can do it properly this time!" He sighed exasperatedly.
"Y/n, we need to take care of you brother, not you." The students who were hanging out around us started noticing the noise we were making, so Sirius stood up, taking my hand in his and going to a more private corner.
"What you saw last time wasn't even half of how bad he gets. He's aggressive and bloodthirsty." I nodded.
"I know, but I can resist now." He walked closer to me. I didn't move backwards, so his nose was nearly touching mine.
"What if you can't?" He whispered, looking straight into my eyes. A surge of confidence ran through my body, making me keep the eye contact. "What if you turn back and he hurts you even more? What if I can't keep him off of you? What if you-" He stopped himself. I felt his quick breaths on my lips, making my eyes move to them.
"That's not going to happen. I'm able to do this, Sirius." He noticed the way my eyes moved from his lips to his eyes, so he did the exact same thing. He started walking towards me, a hand on my lower back to keep me close to him as I walked backwards until I hit a wall.
"Swear that you're not going to get hurt." He growled. "You don't know how worried I'd been after you left that night. I was so scared that you were going to pass out on your way back to the castle-"
I couldn't stand it anymore. I closed my eyes, kissing him powerfully. He'd been shocked by my action, but he leaned more into me, opening his mouth into the kiss. One of his hands rested on my jaw, while the other was still on my lower back. I wrapped my hands around his neck, my fingers running through his hair.
As we pulled away, he groaned.
"I've been wanting to do that for such a long time." I smiled at him.
"Then why didn't you?"
"Because you're Remus' sister- oh fuck. What're we going to tell him?"
"We'll know what to say when the time comes, we don't want to anger him tonight."We parted ways, I avoided the place where I knew my brother was with his friends, knowing that my face was as red as a tomato's.
The Moon was already up when I came to the Shrieking Shack. I slipped through the hole, silently entering the house.
I heard Remus howl as I passed the boxes that hid the entrance. I froze for a second, but I knew I had to be brave and show them that I could do it.
As I stepped in the main room, Prongs looked at me, nodding his head towards the next room. I heard Padfoot cry out in pain, making me run towards him.
I growled at my brother, making him turn his attention to me. He smelled me, slowly coming closer to me. I bit his neck, knowing that it'd be his soft spot and he'd calm down a bit. As soon as I bit him, he pushed me off, making me hit a wall loudly. I didn't let the pain that enveloped me slow me down, so I jumped back up again.
This time, Sirius pushed me away, letting James take care of him. He was the biggest, after all.The rest of the night has been the same, with everyone taking turns to try to tire Remus out.
