Ashton was grumpy when he woke up.

Maybe it was because he had woken up just in a mood, or maybe he was hungry. Luke didn't know, and he himself didn't either.

He opened his eyes slowly, looking around the room. He yawned and sat up, stretching his limbs and frowning when he saw the pizza box that was laying on top of the dresser.

"Good morning sunshine!"

Ashton turned towards the voice and smiled seeing his boyfriend standing by the window.

He was dressed in his usual black skinny jeans and a white hoodie. He looked absolutely stunning in Ashton's eyes.

"Sorry I didn't wake you up yesterday, you looked so tired and I felt bad," Luke said, a pout growing on his lips. "Oh and.. does your.. um, bum hurt?"

Ashton rolled his eyes and stood up, stretching his legs. "Nah, it doesn't hurt, it's just a little uncomfortable," he shrugged and dug through the closet. He picked out a pair of black sweats and an army green sweater.

"Imma go shower, can you warm up the pizza for me?" Ashton asked, opening the door to the bathroom.

Luke gave him a disgusted look. "Pizza? Ashton, it's 7 am-"

"Just heat it up, will you?" Ashton asked, giving him puppy eyes.

Luke, as was expected, melted under them and nodded. "Of course. But hurry up or we'll miss the bus."

Ashton nodded and skipped to the bathroom. After his quick shower he returned to Luke and smiled widely, seeing his pizza on a plate on the bed. He worked on eating a slice as he put all of his school things in his bag. He slung the bag over his shoulder and started eating his second slice as he slipped his vans on.

Luke was still typing the last few sentences to his essay as Ashton did all this. He had just submitted it when a pillow hit him.

He groaned and spun in his chair to find Ashton standing on the bed, trying not to burst out in giggles.

"Sorry boo, but the bus will be here soon," Ashton informed him, hopping down. "We should go thank Jack."

Luke nodded and gathered his things before walking out into the hall. The two blondes walked hand in hand to the kitchen where Jack was stood making pancakes with Pierre.

"Jack? Hi, um, I just wanted to thank you for letting us stay here, even if it was just last night," Ashton said, a light blush spreading on his cheeks. Luke nodded and did a handshake he and Jack had come up with back when they were in elementary school.

"Of course guys! If you need anything, the better Hemmings is always here to help!" Jack smiled proudly, to which Luke hit him for.

Jack winced and laughed. "Sorry lil bro, it's just the truth!" he laughed. Ashton even rolled his eyes before walking out of the house, walking to the bus stop.

Luke smiled at his older brother before going out to join Ashton. He sat next to him, wrapping an arm around his shoulders.

Ashton looked up at him and smiled. "Hi Lukey," he said, leaning against Luke's body.

Luke smiled at kissed his head. "Hi baby. What are you doing in school today?" he asked, smiling softly.

Ashton shrugged. "Nothing much. The most boring stuff is gonna be during fourth period," he shrugged. "It's science and we're playing some random stupid game that has to do with cells or something."

He shrugged and looked at Luke, who was smirking.

"My fourth period seems like it's gonna be boring too.. I have social studies and we're playing a Kahoot. Do you wanna..." Luke blushed. "Skip class? You can meet me in the bathroom and we can kiss.."
