                          Like a light that's shining
A girl whose smiling 
Never seen her cry
But shallow tears in the brim of her eyes
                          A free girl people thought 
Glee and joy may be seen in her
Though her heart shout
I am hurt

                          She may be strong
She can even let out a booming laugh
She may let out a shining smile
But those little eyes had always lied
                          A smile can mean everything 
And can also mean something 
She has been tired
You can see it through her vulnerable eyes
                          She tried so hard 
Just to get this far
But no one would have known,
She is bleeding behind those shining smiles
