*Later that day*

-Hwiyoung's POV-

Once I entered that car, I noticed the tension surrounding the situation. My father looked more severe than other times, and all of the bodyguards seemed very tense about something. I was clueless about what was going on, but I didn't speak and kept on looking around me. After some minutes, we made a stop, and my father took me out of the car. We switched to another one, but this time, the car was gold, and the bodyguard didn't come along with us. My father took the wheel and started to drive away to somewhere unknown to me. I kept silent as before, but a billion questions were going around my head. I wanted to know what was going on; however, I didn't know how to phrase my inquires.

After some minutes, we arrived at a house. By looking at the surroundings, I noticed that we were somewhere between a forest. It immediately made me realize that we were outside of the city, and I couldn't tell the place we arrived. My father pulled over before we got out of the car. After that, both of us got inside the house. It was spacious, but not as big as the mansion, which didn't calm my nerves down. On the contrary, it led me to believe that something complicated was happening around my father.

*Current time – Afternoon*

I'm inside the bedroom I'll use in this new house. It seems that my father isn't staying here with me, which makes me feel better; however, he's still here while talking at the office downstairs. I wanted to go, check on the things he's talking about, but I don't want to risk myself. Taeyang told me to be careful, and that's what I'm going to do, at least for now.

Right now, I'm holding my pencil while looking at the sky through my window. The day is near to end, and I still don't have any clue about what to do. I don't have my phone with me since my father took it away as soon as we arrived. So, I'm writing down what's on my mind while letting the time pass by.

-Hwiyoung. -  I heard my father say, making me turn around and look at the entrance of the room. -I have to go. You are staying alone for the rest of the day until I come back to check on you. If you try to run away, you'll get lost. So, I suggest you stay here and get used to this place. – My father spoke, looking at me seriously.

-Alright, father. – I nodded without complaining, not wanting to disturb my father with any of my questions or doubts about the current situation. It seems my behavior made him feel at ease; he left once I heard him. My father closed the door behind him as I kept my eyes on the door while hearing his footsteps getting further away.

After some seconds, I heard the front door of the house opening and then closing. It made me get off the chair and go downstairs. Immediately, I walked towards the kitchen and saw my father leaving in the car. After that, I took a deep breath and tried to open the door of the entrance. Gladly, my father left it without a lock, but I'm sure that someone might be looking at me from somewhere. Perhaps he placed cameras all over the place, or a guard is observing every move I make. So, I decided to step away from the entrance for now and moved on to somewhere else.

I was about to go back to my room, but then I remembered how I felt when Taeyang saved me from my father. I believed I was weak and that I couldn't protect Taeyang as I wanted. So, along with the courage that I got from reminiscing that moment, I walked towards the office room. I opened the door and stared at the bookshelves and the desk in front of the windows. I got inside while carefully walking forward, and then I got towards the desk and began to check the drawers.

-I'm sure my father has something hidden inside this house. – I murmured while searching through the documents I found inside the drawer, but as soon as I reached the bottom of it, I noticed a piece of thin wood blocking the rest of the drawer. I took it out and saw an envelope with the title "Yoo."

-Taeyang's surname. – I said, confused while holding the papers between my hand. I stared at them for some seconds before opening the envelope, and immediately I began to review all of the information on them. One letter, some notes with my father's handwriting, and a folder that has written on the word "pictures."

I began to read the few letters inside of it, and the first thing I noticed was Taeyang's surname again. And as I began to read a small part of the text, I realized that it was about his father.

*Nighttime*

-Taeyang's POV-

-Everybody in their position. – I said while looking back at my friends.

It was time to break inside the mansion. Some guards are around the place as we are approaching the relevant part. All of my friends are following the plan we made, trying to be as careful as possible. In a matter of seconds, we reached the center of the area, and then, we jumped inside the house through the window I left open earlier this day. Some of the guys stayed outside to cover the rest as we search for information inside Eunhyun's office.

-It looks like Kim Eunhyun did his job, huh. The place looks clean and organized. – Rowoon pointed out while looking around while holding his flashlight.

-Yes, I guess he was trying to get away. – I deduced while searching through the papers on his desk.

-I want to know why he ran away. I mean, it doesn't make sense to me. – Chani admitted while checking the bookshelf.

-Well, I guess we'll find out once we gather all the information we need. – Dawon spoke while looking through some papers.

-Take pictures of everything. We need to have everything covered. – I spoke while taking my phone out.

Everybody began to take photos of all the important things with their phones while using the flashlight. I was reading various things about Eunhyun's business, and some numbers didn't make sense. And as I kept ongoing, everything seemed more confusing.

-Taeyang, you got to see this. – Rowoon called me, so I got towards him immediately. He showed me a letter that he found on one of the books from the shelf. I began to read it, but as soon as I passed through the words, I understood the inquires inside my head.

-Kim Eunhyun doesn't know that he killed my father, but he'll find out. – I spoke before looking away from Rowoon.

-That might be why he took Hwiyoung away from you. – Rowoon guessed as the rest of the boys inside the office came to see what he found.

-Wait, but your father was Eunhyun's best friend. Why didn't he know that your father had a son? – Dawon questioned, confused.

-Maybe his father was protecting Taeyang-hyung. – Chani suggested.

-We have to get to the bottom of this. But for now, let's get out of here. – I said while walking towards the desk. Everyone agreed and began to clean up the mess we made, and after that, we hurried to get out of the mansion before someone finds out that we were there.
