*Another day*

-Hwiyoung's POV-

I let the days pass by after the odd time I had with Taeyang. And even though I found it somehow unique, I'm sure Taeyang was confused by how I behaved. Therefore, I decided to take my distance from him, only see him during working hours and the camp, but not outside. I stayed closer to the cast members, went out with them a couple of times, and focused on my acting more than my love life. At first, it was hard, but I eventually got used to it. Nevertheless, my memories didn't stop vanishing, and my remembrance of the other Taeyang is still clear inside my head. I can't believe it myself, but I already wrote half of the pages in my notebook, and all are about a life I don't have anymore.

Today was the last day at the camp, and everyone felt ready to start filming the drama. The cast members finally practiced the latest part of the screenplay, the final act. It was more than anyone expected; the swordsmanship level was essential, the balance needed to be exact, and the emotion we had to communicate was immense. Fortunately, in the end, everybody was happy with the final result, and we returned to the dorms feeling satisfied.

Later, Youngbin-hyung came to see me due to tomorrow's flight. Now that the camp ended, we need to return to Seoul, have some weeks to rest, and give interviews. Then, we take another flight to Gangwon and start filming. Right now, I should start packing, but I still have to write a few things that I remembered last night.

I'm giving these memories a high importance level even though I know I won't return to my timeline anytime soon.

-I still remember the promise we made. – I spoke while writing down the oath Taeyang and I once did. It had to do with my safety, running away together, and living our dreams.

I scoffed at my thoughts as I continued to record all of my memories on paper, but before I could continue, I heard knocks on the door. Immediately, I placed the pen on the notebook, then closed it and went to the entrance.

Briefly, I opened the door and revealed Taeyang behind it. I stared at him in shock as my head began to attack me with sudden pictures of my other timeline. Therefore, I shook my head before I could let them take control of my actions.

-Taeyang, what are you doing here? – I asked, focusing my sight on him again.

-I came to see you like every other day, but you are never here. Luckily, you won't go out today. – Taeyang mentioned before stepping inside my room. He walked right beside me while I closed the door and then followed him.

-Yes, sorry about that. I've been going out with the cast members. – I revealed while scratching the back of my head.

-I go out with them as well. But oddly, whenever I'm with the cast, you aren't there. – Taeyang pointed out before looking at me, upset. -Did I do something that bothered you? Or why are you avoiding me? – Taeyang asked. Immediately, I looked at him in shock, not knowing what to answer.

I didn't know that Taeyang noticed my distance. Perhaps I was too obvious with my moves.

I sighed while attempting to say something to Taeyang. After all, I know if I don't answer soon, he'll become irritated.

-Hwiyoung, answer me. – Taeyang said while holding his face frustratedly.

-What do you want me to say? I'm not responsible for everything you believe, Taeyang. – I claimed, slightly upset since he isn't giving me time to think.

-Yes, it is! I've noticed that your attitude changed, and I don't know why. So, it is your fault that I feel this way. – Taeyang claimed.

-Taeyang, you are starting to get frustrated, and when that happens, our conversations never end well. – I spoke, not noticing that I'm referring to the Taeyang of my timeline.

-How do you know that? We've never argued like this before. – Taeyang asked, confused.

I took a deep breath before looking away from Taeyang. But when I realized my mistake, I started to walk towards the entrance.

-No, you aren't going anywhere! – Taeyang said before holding my hand, immediately pulling me against him. His sudden movement caused us to stay face to face, a few centimeters away from each other. -You won't hide with Haejin anymore; I won't allow it. – Taeyang murmured while looking directly at my eyes.

-I'm not hiding with Haejin. – I spoke as my breath quickened.

-Every time I ask where you are, I find out that Haejin is with you. And no matter how much I try to hide it or deny it, I can't tolerate it when you are with him. – Taeyang admitted, making my eyes open more.

-Taeyang, if you're acting this way for a new role, I will ask you to stop. – I said while becoming anxious.

-Who said anything about acting? – Taeyang questioned before moving forward, instantly caressing my skin with his lips. -Haven't you noticed how Haejin looks at you? Why do you think I'm upset? – Taeyang mentioned.

-Haejin is our friend, okay? Nothing is going on between him and me. – I assured Taeyang before closing my eyes, then placing my head on his shoulder. -If I say, "I love you, too," would you accept my feelings? – I worriedly asked.

-Yes, but I will ask you one thing. – Taeyang said, causing me to look back at him.

-What is it? – I asked.

-Why did you apologize at the camp and then here in the dorm? What is the thing that bugs you out? – Taeyang asked.

-Do I honestly have to tell you? – I questioned while trying to come up with some excuse inside my head.

-If you want to hear me say how I feel about you, then yes, you have to. – Taeyang answered.

I scoffed at his words. -Rude. – I said, causing Taeyang to chuckle at my reaction. But then, I nodded my head and decided to answer his question. -I felt that I didn't help you enough with Lin Mei and everything you went through because of her. – I explained, letting Taeyang know one of the few worries I haven't told him before.

-Are you serious, Hwiyoung? You were the one to help me the most, so you don't have to feel sorry for anything. – Taeyang assured me, which I nodded for in response, and then he started to hold me against him. -I love you, and after this series, I hope we can still be together. – Taeyang softly spoke, making my tears fall as soon as I heard his words.

I slightly sniffed before chuckling, feeling somewhat relieved to hear Taeyang's genuine feelings.

-Hwiyoung, are you crying again? – Taeyang worriedly asked, but before he could push away to see me, I held his waist and pulled him against me.

-I'm okay, don't worry about it. Just let me stay like this for a bit longer. – I said before hiding my face against Taeyang's shoulder.

Is this even real? Am I back home?

-Take it easy; I won't go away. – Taeyang sweetly said while stroking the back of my head.
