Quidditch Pitch

———— ⋆ ✦ ⋆ ————

Lia didn't want to do Chaeryeong's favor, but being a good person she was, she did. She's just thankful that she has talked to Taehyun for a bit before about a book they both liked in the library. Lia got the book though. Nothing's stopping her from getting the book she wants. It's her only happiness really, or is it?

She found Taehyun on the quidditch pitch about to go down from his firebolt. It's almost quidditch finals, so she already knew he was here.

"What are you doing here?" Beomgyu asked. Lia continued to walk closer to them.

"I swear if you're here to tell me that I don't fit in like your broth—"

"Beomgyu I'm not here for you." Lia said without any hesitation. Beomgyu shuts his mouth up, and looked at Taehyun who was standing beside him.

"I have a question," Lia said.

"What?" Taehyun asked.

"Do you... perhaps... only see Chaeryeong as a friend?"

Taehyun's cheeks flushed red, and it didn't even made Lia doubt about what she read in his mind. Lia smirked, and walked away.

"It's a no!" Taehyun shouted while Lia was walking away.

"Whatever you say romance lover!" Lia shouted smirking.

When Taehyun and Lia saw each other in the library, Taehyun was already holding a book. That he accidentally showed to Lia when she took the book he's about to borrow too from the library. Lia has sharp eyes, so it made her see the title. "How Do You Know If A Girl Likes You and How To Make Them Know You Like Them."

When Lia was already out from quidditch pitch, a tall boy wearing a yellow robe for quidditch appears. She looked up, and saw Soobin there.

"What are you doing here?" Soobin asked with a serious tone.

Lia looks away and spoke, "Talked to someone."

"Taehyun? A boy you're not even close with. That's unlikely of you Lia..." Soobin said something more than those words, but it was too low that she didn't even heard what he said.

Lia was hesitant to do it, but she did. She looked straight to Soobin's eyes, and read his mind. I don't like you being around boys that I don't know...

Lia tried to stop herself from smiling, but she couldn't, so she ran away even though she knows it'll make Soobin weirded out.

Then, she bumps into Yeji. Who was crossing her arms with an eyebrow raised.

"For goodness sake Yeji, can't you stop trying to look intimidating?" Lia stated, and continued to walk.

"I'm here for you actually. Yeonjun's not talking to me because of what happened last week. He's been quiet. Around me, at least. He's been going out with random girls that it frustrates me because literally every girl in Eternal are asking me how to get close with that boy."

Yeji and Lia walked side by side, and started walking around the school. Yes, they may fight a lot, but that does not mean they literally hate each other by heart. They hate each other's presence, but they can manage to be near them when it's needed.

"What's so new with my brother though... he's always like that. You know that too, and I know it hurts you." Lia said.

"I-I'm not hurt at all!" Yeji disagreed, but Lia just shrugged her shoulders. She's been reading Yeji's mind for awhile now, and she's gathered a lot of secrets from Yeji's thoughts. She shouldn't think that loud. Chaeryeong might read it too.

"You like my brother, don't you?" They both stopped, and Yeji's heart started beating like a drum.

"I..."

"Don't lie, or I'll leave you." It's unlikely for Lia to blackmail someone, but she felt like doing her brother's nature, so she did.

"Fine! I like him... but I only liked him recently!" Yeji lied of course, and yes, Lia knew. She just smirked, and continued walking.

"You can't talk about this to anyone!" Yeji shouted while catching up with Lia's walk.

"You can't alright?"
"I don't know about that..."
"Lia!"
"Haha you can't trust me that much huh?"

Little did these two ladies know, someone was listening to them from a far.
