Astronomy Class

Ryujin wasn't as active as she was in Astronomy class before. She used to be so interested in the stars when she was taught that there are a lot of amazing things that stars could do. However, now that she's a lot more distant from Beomgyu, she lost interest. Her sister who was now her seatmate was very dedicated on learning, but Ryujin wasn't.

"Miss Ryujin Shin please consider listening on our topic for today." The professor said sternly, and she just nodded.

She pretended to listen, but nothing processed in her mind at all.

After the class, she was unconscious on her table, napping. Everyone, including Yuna left since the sweet young Citrine girl knew what to do. Before Beomgyu could even leave, she asked Taehyun to hurry to go out of the room, and she locked them inside the astronomy classroom. Beomgyu didn't notice that Yuna locked it because he was too focused on Ryujin.

Although, Yuna knew it could be easily opened with a spell, it was still worth the try.

"Ryujin..." Beomgyu spoke, trying to wake up the sleeping girl.

"What?" Ryujin whined.

"Class is over."

Ryujin bolted up from her chair, and accidentally hits her knees on the edge of the table.

"Ow!"

"Yikes..." Hearing Beomgyu's voice made Ryujin look at him. Her eyes widened, and saw that everyone but them were already outside.

"Shoot!" Ryujin took all of her things while panicking, and attempts to run away, but Beomgyu held her wrist tightly.

"What?!" Ryujin shouted.

"Can't we talk?!" Beomgyu asked in frustration.

"No! I can't." She tried to pull away her hand, but Beomgyu was too strong.

"Since when did you become this strong? Oh right. Maybe you learned it from the CHOIs." Ryujin rolled her eyes.

"What the hell is your problem? They may be my family, but it's not like we have the same personalities!" Facts.

"Can't we be at least... friends?" Beomgyu asked with a listless voice.

"Let go, or I'll make a spell to make you go away." Ryujin said with a serious tone in her voice.

"It's not like you can do it. Just answer me... please."

"Fine!" And at a split second, Beomgyu lets him go, at the same time making his last wish for the day. Be friends again with Shin Ryujin.

"You're fine with being just friends?" It was Professor Kim Taehyung. He suddenly appeared after Ryujin left  the Astronomy classroom.

"It's better than nothing, right professor?" Beomgyu asked smiling.

Professor Kim sighed and nodded.

Being in the Choi family really is a curse.
