"YESSS YES YES! FIRST DAY OF VOLLEYBALL CAMP!!" Hinata screamed jumping into to Karasuno gym for the first day of practice camp. He almost couldn't sleep last night from how excited he was for it. Of course he was Hinata and fell asleep easier than he'd ever admit. He was running into the gym and looked ahead, only to see Kageyama's back directly in front of him.  Hinata ran straight into kageyama back, sending them both to floor, Kageyama face first.

He stoop up angrily and grabbed Hinata by the shirt, lifting him so they were face to face. "BOKE HINATA BOKE!" Kageyama yelled right into Hinata's face, ignoring the blood beginning to drip from his nose. He never understood why the little dipshit had to be so energetic and annoying. He was a pain in the ass, even if he could jump high as hell.

"S-sorry bakayama...." Hinata giggled back at Kageyama, taking notice of the bump forming smack in the middle of his forehead. Now 3rd years Tanaka and Nishinoya walked over it diffuse the situation.

"Ok, Ok. Since i'm the superior now, i demand that kageyama put- AHAHAHA LOOK AT YOUR FACE KAGEYAMA! OH MY GOD ITS BUSTED AS FUCK" Tanaka was really trying to be helpful but couldn't keep his laughter down... how did Daichi do this. And just in time Daichi, Suga, and Asahi walked into the gym.

"woah- we haven't been gone that long, you guys can't let Kageyama kill Hinata yet!"

"DAICHI!" Hinata wriggled free of Kageyama's grasp to hide behind his old teammate. "What are you guys doing here," he said poking back around after Kageyama walked off to get ice.

"Well Ukai invited us to practice camp to train the first years and make sure nothing terrible happens to the rest of you" Daichi smiled picking up a ball from the cart. Kageyama walked back out, finally getting his nose to stop bleeding and shot Hinata a dirty look.

The first day of practice camp went fine, Hinata only got stuck in the next twice, a personal best. At the end of practice he walked up to Kageyama. "Hey i'm sorry about your nose by the way, still wanna walk home together?"

"yea sure whatever. i'm surprised you don't want to stay late"

"No I have to watch Natsu and do a bunch of homework"

"Oh- isn't your mom going to be home?"

"She's going out of town for the next 3 days with some friends, i have to cook to."

"Hinata you suck at cooking. and i can't let you starve or else you won't be able to jump. I'll come make food."

"but what about- "

"I didn't ask."

was this any good. it wasn't very romantic but they haven't realized their feelings for each other yet.
