Hinata pulled himself away from the grotesque looking man. The street light illuminated his rough stuble and angry eyes. Not angry, his face looked more excited than anything.

Before hinata could start to scream, he was running. His vocal chords frozen with fear of the man chasing after him.

The man was clearly not japanese. He looked strongly american, which was confirmed by the unintelligible words he spewed from behind.

"aaAAAAHHHH" hinata finally got his vocal chords working as he raced down the street toward Kageyama's house. There was very little light now so he couldn't tell how close the man was.

Until he felt the tips of fingers brush across his back. He needed to speed up. Before Hinata could increase his speed, he was at the door, thrusting it open with all his might.

The mistake Hinata made was in not closing the door.

"Your home all alone and decided to run back here? Idiot kid. Just shut the hell up and come here so i don't have to hurt you."

Hinata was shaking in terror. Why wasn't tobio home? What did the man want? The thoughts quickly stopped as a gruff, familiar voice came booming from the stairs.

"I don't know who the fuck you think you are," Kageyama made his way furiously down the stairs, a clearly intimidating sight,"but you just made the mistake of threatening that orange headed shit in front of me. in MY house."

Kageyama was face to face with the man now. He was barely the same height, but held his ground.

"Let me guess, two best friends? No, boyfriends," the man rolled his eyes, "the gay ones do seem to enjoy it more..." The man pushed kageyama into the stairs, causing him to fall over due to semi recent head injury.

"TOBIO" Kageyama looked up dazily, assuming the fall affected his hearing as Hinata's voice sounded extremely feminine.

"You dirty cretin! Who are you?"

it wasn't hinata who had yelled. it was kageyamas mother, with a frying pan. She slammed the man on the head, knocking him unconscious onto the floor
