*ambers pov*
I was watching mr. perry teach, and let me tell you, he was just so, oh my god hes just so cute. His voice, his smile, just, everything. I felt a tap on my shoulder, emily gave me a note, I read the note and it just made me want to break down. I dug my nails into my wrist, then Tony asked me to hand over the paper, I tried to oblige but it was no use. I just didnt want him to think that what emily was saying was actually true. He demanded i gave him the paper, so i gave it to him. I saw his eyes widen, body filled with anger. "who gave this to you amber?" i could tell he was trying to hold his anger in, ive never seen tony mad. Ever. I pointed to emily, and she gave me a dirty look, and mr. perry a smile. "fake bitch." i say under my breathe. "stay after class, please." He spat. She winked at him, and i saw him shudder. I rolled my eyes and continued messing with my sleeve, i dont know why but it always calmed me down. I saw mr. perry looking at me occasionally, mostly at my wrist. I hope he doesnt suspect i cut.. He'll probably think im a freak. I took out my journal and started to write. i waited for the bell rang, all i wanted to do was just get out of that class. The bell couldnt ring fast enough. He gave us all a goodbye, and gave me a smile. God his smile just made me melt. I saw emily move to the front of the class and i winked at her. She rolled her eyes at me, and i felt myself smile. I walked to the library to get another book, all eyes on me. whispering faces, i tried ignoring it but, i just couldnt. I walked to go get my book, and went to the desk. "well hello ms. amber." the librarian greeted me. I gave her a warm smile, as she printed out my receipt. "due next week sweetie. Have a nice day." i grabbed my book and nodded. I walked out of the library, and started to go to my house. I lived pretty close i guess, there was a bus but i didnt feel like being around people. I start reading the book while walking when i hear someone calling my name, i turn to see emily with her skank friends. "what do you want emily" i said through my teeth. She threw my book to the floor, grabbed my backpack and threw everything on the floor. I tried my best not to punch her, picking up my things, and she pushed me down with her boot. "leave me alone emily! what now that you have your skanks with you you're not scared? cause it sure didnt seem like that on the bus this morning." She covered her nose, scoffing at me, i got up, when i heard someone running towards us. "emily! leave amber alone. Do i need to go turn in that note to the principle right now?" she looked at me, regret in her eyes, "no mr. perry." she mumbles. "good. get out of here." they walk away as i try to hold my tears in, picking up my books and putting them in my bag. mr. perry and i reached for the same book, our hands touching, and i felt something, like, sparks, fireworks, whatever, all i know, is that i gave me chills. "i, uh, thank you mr. perry." i put a piece of my hair behind my ear, and he rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "hey. its tony to you." he gave me a smile, and i nodd. i start to walk away when he yells my name. i walk back to him, "uh. do you maybe need a ride home?" he asks shyly. I laugh at his shyness, he is just so adorable. I nod, as we walk to his car. He turns his car on as we drive, i start messing with my sleeve, making sure he doesnt see my bandage. He looks at me, with worry in his eyes. he turns on the radio and the song headstrong by trapt comes on. We stopped at a red light, as he starts to headbang. I laugh at him and start singing along. Somehow, he ends up hitting himself on the steering wheel, and i couldnt help but crack up. "ow. shit." he mumbles rubbing his head. I laugh, holding my stomach, "hey! its not funny." he says pouting. I grin at his cuteness, "oh now when you do that its not fair." i say defeated, he smirks at me, "thats the point." I shake my head at him. We stay in silence but, its a comforting silence. "you just turn here, 2nd house on the left." he does as hes told, stopping at my house. "so, um. thanks, for the ride tony."i say. He nods, "no problem amber." i pull him in for a hug, trying to hold my tears in. "thanks for saving my life." i whisper. He pulls out of the hug, i look into his eyes, his big brown beautiful eyes. He kisses me, and i feel my whole body on fire. I kiss him back, not wanting to break our kiss. I saw someone walking outside so we broke the kiss. "you're welcome." he whispers.I blush, and open the door to his car. I arrive at my front door as he waves at me, i wave back, and open the door to my house. No one home, obviously. My parents are, well, theyve been MIA for as long as i can remember. I lived with my grandparents until i was of age to get emancipated. Ive lived here for about 2 years. I walk in to my room, and throw my stuff on the floor. I just couldnt stop thinking about tony. about the kiss. I feel my phone vibrate, and i see its a text from an unknown number. I open it, and its a picture. i slide against the wall, my but hitting the floor. My eyes go wide, "ffuuuuucccckkkk." I text the number, asking who it was. "your worst nightmare bitch. Keep your little mouth shut, and i wont have to show this to ANYONE." I shake my head, knowing who it was, i deleted the picture. i wonder who else has seen this? Whats going to happen? Oh my god im so screwed.
