A very busy week has passed.

"Mr. de Guzman?" I called.

I was sitting on my chair, admiring the beauty of night lights as I look over my window. Caleb was sitting on the couch while checking a pile of documents.

Is there anything you need?

"No, nothing," humarap ako sa kanya. "How's everything?"

We stayed like that for a good 1 minute. No blinking nor any reactions written on our faces. We just stayed like that.

I coughed softly, "I think I can read this on my own Mr. de Guzman. Akala mo ba hindi ako marunong magbasa?" I hissed.

"U-uh no ma'am. I'm sorry," he smiled politely and slowly pulled himself up.

"So, your proposal here is about our outfits for the opening event?" I asked, not daring to look at him.

"Yes, Ma'am" he quickly responded.

"And a tulles dress? We're wearing a tulles dress?" I asked again, giving him a confused look.

"Yes ma'am, I think tulles dress will match on our gallery's theme. I already ordered two dresses. One for you and the other one for the author, baka bukas po madeliver na 'yon sa bahay niyo."

"Okay," I paused, tapping my fingers on the table "How about you? Anong susuutin mo?"

"I already have one, ma'am. Everything's okay, wala na po kayong kailangang intindihin," he reassured as he give me a small grin on his face.

This man really loves smiling. Whenever I ask him something or just talking to him, he's always smiling.

He's actually bright like a star, but when he smiles he's the sun. His smile gives more light on his face.

I leaned my back on my chair and crossed my legs, "Is this everything? Wala na bang kailangan pang tapusin at gawin?"

"Yes Ma'am, wala na po," he respectfully responded.

"Then you may go home," I said.
