After a long chitchat with Mrs. Aurello and Mom, we are now on our way to work. It was a sunny afternoon, the weather was really hot. Nakatulala ako sa may bintana habang inaalala ang mga ginawa ko kagabi, hanggang sa biglang pumasok sa isip ko na may kausap akong lalaki kagabi sa may balcony.

I suddenly felt the comfort that time, it's a mixed feeling of calmness and comfort at the same time.

Tumingin ako kay Matthew na seryosong nagmamaneho. Bigla siyang tumawa nang mapansing nakatitig ako sa kanya.

"Is there something wrong, Miss?" he chuckled, his eyes were crescent-shaped when he's laughing. I wonder kung may nakikita pa siya kapag nangiti o natawa siya.

"N-nothing," I smiled, "Gusto ko lang magpasalamat sa pagi-stay mo kagabi habang nasa balcony ako," tumingin akong muli sa bintana at isinandal ang ulo ko sa salamin.

"Don't tell me that," he said, laughing again.

"Why not? Nagpapasalamat lang naman ako eh!" I complained.

"That's not me, nakatulog na 'ko after kong maglinis ng mga kalat sa buong bahay kagabi," he clarified. I looked at him seeing a wide grin on his face.

"Oh really??" I said, still confused. "Baka nanaginip lang ako"

"It was Caleb, he stayed with you until you passed out," he smiled. It was like a smile of being happy and proud at the same time. I think he felt secure with Caleb by my side.

"Caleb? You mean Caleb was inside my room? At the balcony? He was with me? D-did he-"

"Hey, of course not! Mabuting tao si Caleb, hindi niya magagawa 'yon sa'yo, you're overreacting!" He laughed so hard, gently pushing my forehead.

"Hey, so you're hurting me now?" Inis na sabi ko sa kanya habang hawak ang noo ko.

"I thought I'm your friend?"

"You are!"

"Then I can do those things to you," he demanded.

It was somehow funny seeing how close we are now, everything felt so comfortable and easy when it comes to Matthew. He's like an older brother to me since I grew up as the only child.

"If that was Caleb who stayed with me last night, I want you to do something for me," I said as I wear my black sunglasses, becase we've already arrived at the company's parking lot.

"What is that, Miss?" He asked, looking confused.

"I want you to...."

"Good Afternoon, Ms. Stella," agad kong binati si Madam nang makita siyang papasok sa opisina niya. Nakaupo ako sa harapan ng office table ko na nasa labas lang ng office niya.

"What's my schedule for this week?" she asked, opening her office door.
