The next day after breakfast, my aunt, Britney, Mark and Ken decided to spend time at the beach as we would be leaving this afternoon. I stayed in the villa and decided to spend some time with Bella. She was a nice woman, I liked her a lot. During the short time we met, we have grown close and I began to see her as the mother I never had. Her husband had gone out on business and she was lying on her bed. “Come in Miya, why are you standing at the door?” I smiled at her walking inside and sitting next to her. “What are you doing here dear? You did not go to the beach with the others?” she asked and grabbed my hand in hers. “No I don’t like the beach and I wanted to spend time with you.”
“Oh you’re so adorable Miya but you should go enjoy yourself. When will you have the chance to go to the beach again?” She was right. I won’t be able to go to the beach again when I return to New York but I didn’t want to stay close to Ken who was probably half naked. “No Bella I’m fine here.” I said when something caught my eyes. It was a photo which was on Bella’s night stand. It was the photo of a young boy who was very familiar. That was when I recognized him! “Who is the boy on the picture?” I asked Bella. “Oh him, you don’t recognize him? He is Ken when he was fourteen.” The boy on the photo was my first kiss, my first love and he was...Ken! I was afraid that my doubt would turn out to be right. Ken was my first love. I wonder if he still remembers of that incident. “May I know what the reason behind this lovely smile is?” Bella asked looking at me suspiciously. That was when I realized I was smiling like an idiot! “Eum nothing!” I said blushing.
“Now go and enjoy yourself. It’s an order.” She ordered.
“But-“she didn’t give me time to finish. “Go Miya, you won’t have that chance again.” I gave up! “Okay.” I said and went to my room. I changed into my red bikini that Britney bought for me and looked at myself in the mirror. My curly hair was down on my shoulders and the top part of the red bikini made my breast look hot. This was the first time in my life I felt sexy.
I went on the beach and found Britney sun bathing but the boys were nowhere to be found as well as my aunt. Britney looked up at me when I approached her. “Wow cuz you look so hot!” she said and I blushed. “Where are the others?” I asked her. “Mom went on a walk and the boys are there.” She said pointing to the sea. I looked up and saw Mark and Ken surfing. “Mark’s eyes will be out on his sockets when he’ll see you in this.” She teased. “Shut up Britney.” I replied embarrass. It’s not Mark’s eyes I wanted out of their socket. “Here they are coming.” Britney said excitedly. She got excited for almost everything. OMG! The sexiest man ever was walking towards us. Ken was shirtless with his six packs exposed. Water was dripping from his wet hair and chest. Oh my! I could feel myself getting wet just seeing him. What the hell! Get a grip Miya! Don’t forget who he is! His eyes were also looking at me from head to toe as if undressing me and I could see his eyes darkening. “What a beauty!” Mark said went he placed an unexpected kiss on my cheek and I blushed. “Thank you” I said shyly. Mark also was handsome and had six packs but I had eyes only for Ken. “You finally got out of mom’s room. Let me guess, she kicked you out?” He said amused but he was also looking at me with hungry eyes. I was beginning to get uncomfortable. “Yeah you can put it like this.” I said and he laughed still eyeing me. “Miya!” Ken suddenly said harshly and I flinched! We all looked at him surprised. “I think I heard mom calling you from the villa.” he said blankly. “Oh really? I didn’t hear anything. I’ll go check.” I said and walked back to the villa relieved to get away from the hungry eyes of those two men. I am definitely going to change my clothes!
I went upstairs and walked down the hallway to Bella’s room when someone pulled me into a room. I panicked at first but relaxed when I saw who it was. Ken! He looked at me with eyes burning with rage. What did I do? “What are you doing here?” I asked. “Why? Are you disappointed it’s me instead of Mark? Did you want to see him?” he asked with a dangerous tone taking steps towards me. What did he mean? “What?” I asked but he pushed me on the bed and climbed on me pinning me down. “Why are you acting like that Ken? Why are you so angry?” I asked him looking at him in his beautiful brown eyes. “I don’t like it when another man is looking at you with eyes filled with lust. You are only mine Miya.” He said and without giving me the time to process what he said he crashed his lips on mine kissing me passionately. He tasted so good. He bit my lower lip and I opened my lips giving him access. His tongue joined mine in an erotic dance. He broke the kiss and trailed kisses to my cheeks, my jaw then my neck sucking on it while his hand grabbed my breast on my bikini top. “You are mine.” He whispered and trailed kisses between my breast and to my belly. His hand travelled to my inner thigh and grabbed my pink flesh over my bikini, rubbing it. No! What was I doing? He was Britney’s fiancé. I can’t do this! “Ken, we can’t do this.” I whispered and put my hands on his chest pushing him away. “Why?” he asked his eyes filled with lust. “You are engaged to my cousin!” I said and his face dropped. “Damn it!” he said sitting on the bed and putting his face in his hands.
I sat up and looked at him. We were silent for a moment. “I can’t stay away from you Miya.” he said looking at me. “Ken, you are going to marry Britney. You are my brother-in-law. We can’t do this Ken. I can’t do this to my sister.” I said tears forming in my eyes. “All this is happening because of my stupid mistake!” he said. I was surprised. Mistake? What mistake? “What mistake?” I asked. He looked at the close door with sad eyes. “It happened 3 months ago. I went to a bar to chill out and I met Britney there. We were both drunk and we had...you know” he paused and continued “The next morning I left. It was just a mistake but later she came to me and told me she was pregnant. I was stunned because I was sure I used protection but those things don’t always work. I didn’t want to let her down. I didn’t want my child to grow up without a father so I decided to marry her. That’s why we are marrying so fast.” He said. Tears were dropping from my eyes. “You did the right thing Ken. I admire and respect you for that. You didn’t let your child and Britney down. You can be proud of yourself.” I said trying to reassure him. “I’m not proud.” He said blankly and left the room. I also went to my room and climbed on my bed. I was heartbroken! Britney was pregnant with his child and that was why they were getting married. It hurts so much. They were getting married for sure. I don’t know why but I had hope that this marriage would not take place but now I had to face reality. Ken would never be mine and I had to accept it. They were getting married and they are having a child together. I couldn’t come between them! Never! As hard as it was I had to keep away from Ken. I had to! But the question was why Britney didn’t tell me about this? For a pregnant woman she was very healthy. I never saw her having sickness either. There was something fishy about it and I had to find out soon...
