We were all back at work and things were super awkward.
George didn't show up, and Cathy took breaks to throw up in the bathroom.
Me and John were good though. We were great actually. Nick was out of town today recording celebrity cameos for the show.
I was getting my work done really fast. I know I said I was nervous, but after last night I just got this rush of confidence. I don't know if it was the sex or......yeah it was definitely the sex.
"When's you mom coming over?" John asks setting his hand on my shoulder.
"Around 3." I sigh.
"Well if you want...I was thinking I could meet her?" He says nervously playing with his hands.
"Really?! That's would be amazing! Are you sure John? She can be really mean. She's gonna love you! I mean-"
He takes my hand, "I be there at 2:30 my love.", he kisses my forehead.
I take a deep breath.
Now I just have to get through work, and face the beast when I get home.
