Keefe's birthday tour! Pt. 3

Hi! This part really doesn't have anything to do with shopping... but I figured it would be a good transition instead of making them suddenly going to _____. Sorry... forgive my 6yr old self. but you have to read to find out where they're going next haha. So pls read, enjoy, and vote!!!

"Sophie... Sophie, SOPHIE!" Sophie woke up in a cold sweat to a smiling Keefe shaking her. His hair shined in the sun, and his ice blue eyes light up. Gethen's voice still rang in her head while sunlight flooded the room and birds chirped outside.

"Keefe," she responded, her voice a hoarse whisper. "Where are we?"

"Sophie" Keefe's face twisted from excitement to confusion. "Do you not remember? We came here yesterday and then we went to... Walmart? Yah, I think that's what it was. So I got my batman boxers and E.L. fudges and we also got a Nintendo switch." He pointed at all the bags on the floor. "Foster, where are we going next?" Keefe wouldn't stop bouncing on the bed.

"Keefe, what time is it?" Sophie looked at his face, clearly he'd already been up for at least an hour. His hair was artistically styled and 5 of the E.L. Fudges packets were already eaten.

"It's 6 in the morning, why?"

"KEEFE!!! WHY WOULD YOU WAKE ME UP THIS EARLY?!?!" Sophie buried her face under a pillow and brought the blanket up to her chin.

"Foster!!!"the bed started to bounce again. "I want to go shopping!!!"

"Keefe, Five. more. minutes... please." Her voice wavered every single time the bed bounced. "Oh... and you're also starting to sound like Biana."

*Silence, and no more bouncing."

Good he's gone.

*WHAP*

"KEEFE SENCEN!!!" Sophie shot up from under the covers. Light blinded her eyes, and she came face to face with Keefe. Their noses were just an inch apart. A blush crept up on Sophie's face... and so did a pillow. *WHAP*

"Sophie!!! WAKE UP!!!" Keefe wouldn't stop bombarding her with pillows. Soon enough they were in a full fledged pillow flight. Pillows were flying everywhere. Keefe used his telekinesis to pick up 5 pillows and aim them all at Sophie. Sophie whacked his head with a pillow. "Foster not the hair! Anything but the hair!!!"

Sophie reached for another pillow, but as soon as she could grab it. Keefe grabbed her waist, and picked her up bridal style. "Keefe... you have ten seconds to Put Me Down."

"Or what?" he smirked. "You can't do anything to me!!! I AM LORD HUNKYHAIR!!! I AM INVINCIBLE!!!"

"Three, two, one!" Sophie reached up and ruffled his hair.

"FOSTER!!!" they both fell onto the bed, Sophie hysterically bursting into a fit of giggles... and Keefe tickling her. "I Told you not to touch the hair!!!"

"And *gasp* I told you *Another gasp* to put me down!!!"

"Fine, you promise to take me shopping, and I'll stop tickling you!" Keefe's trademark smirk made it's way to his face.

"I- I promise!" Sophie squealed.

"Promise what?"

"I'll Take you shopping!!!"

"Where?"

"At target!"

...

Finally, the tickling stopped and that left Sophie gasping for air

"I'm going to kill you!"

"Nah, you love me too much. How many times do I have to remind you, Foster? I. Am. An. Empath!" Sophie's face turned deep red and she looked away. "Hah! I-"

"Don't say I told you so!"

"Fine whatever, but you have to take me shopping!!!" Keefe flopped on his back and looked at Sophie. The sun reflected the gold flecks in her eyes and her hair looked like a gold silk blanket. Keefe realized he was staring and his face went bright red. But as he turned away Sophie reached out and touched his face. She traced his face, the bridge of his nose, his jawline, and she stared into his eyes.

His ice blue eyes.

His beautiful ice blue eyes.

Sophie hadn't known that she was holding her breath until she exhaled. 

"Keefe," Sophie smiled "Let's go shopping."
