James forced Logan to leave her stuff in the room while he guided her through the police station, the knife still poised to stab her if needed. No one seemed too surprised to see him leading the teenager out of the station, but the reason was unknown. However, when a few of them whistled as they passed, the reason seemed apparent. They all thought he was a pedifile and a pervert.
Logan was forced into the hallway where she had first seen James. If only she had told somebody about him then, this might never have happened in the first place! You idiot! Logan bashed herself. This is what happens when you keep too much to yourself!
"Logan!" Spencer's voice shouted.
James' eyes widened as they stopped. He turned her around, making sure to keep the knife up close to her back as a warning. Spencer stood in the doorway, looking at the two in confusion.
"Um, where are you going?" he asked, glancing between Logan and James.
The knife dug into her back, enough to give her a clear message. "James wanted to show me the evidence locker that they keep here. I'll be back soon, Reid."
Spencer frowned. She had never called him Reid for as long as they had known each other. "Oh, well, Garcia wanted to talk to you."
Logan nodded, smiling to conceal her wince. "Yeah, tell her to show everything to the team. And, tell Morgan that she had something to show him." Spencer's frown deepened. He remembered when she revealed her new nickname for Derek and how she didn't like addressing people with their last name. Something definitely wasn't right.
Logan looked up at James. "Evidence locker?"
James gave her one nod and turned her back around, making sure to keep on hand on her shoulder as they walked. Once they were outside, away from Spencer, he leaned down to whisper in her ear again.
"You better not have given him any secret codes," he snarled.
"Dude, I've known him for not even three days. If I had enough time to make up secret codes, that would have been much further down on my to-do list." Logan rolled her eyes as James continued to force her through the parking lot, shoving her into the trunk of his car. "Oh, the trunk. Real creative."
James glared at her and hit her over the head with the back of his hand, making everything go black.

"And you're sure it didn't raise any red flags?"
"Positive."
"Good, we don't want our sacrifice to be ruined by some kid who thinks that he is good enough to beat God himself."
Logan's eyes slowly opened from the voices. Her sight was still a little blurry, but she could tell that she was in some sort of a warehouse. It was abandoned, obviously, with tools lying all over the place. Logan was tied to a pole behind her with handcuffs that she knew weren't coming undone anytime soon.
The two voices were slowly becoming clearer as Logan's vision cleared up. One of the voices was a woman's voice. She radiated power, speaking as if she knew that everyone loved her and would instantly take a bullet for her.
The other voice was very obviously James. Yes, the James that had kidnapped Logan and knocked her out in the trunk of his car. So cliche, Logan thought to herself as she remembered the earlier events.
The woman laughed, catching sight of the disorientated teenager. "So I see you're awake already! How did you sleep?"
"I'd be a lot better if you had just tucked me in instead of knocking me out," Logan groaned as a headache started to form in the back of her head.
The woman came closer, kneeling down to her height. She was a young woman with dark brown eyes and a straight jawline. She wore a suit, the buttons in her shirt only half done, the suit jacket not buttoned up.
"It doesn't matter, now. John brought me the perfect sacrifice," she said with a smirk. "A teenager is like an animal. You can't blame them for anything they do because they are controlled solely by their emotions, which is why you're perfect. Old enough to have enough meat on your bones for a sacrifice, but young enough to not know what you do from day to day."
Logan frowned. "Excuse me? Look, lady, I might not be a virgin (not by choice), but anyone who has ever actually met me before knows that I am not perfect, I know exactly what I'm doing, and my emotions don't control me."
The woman smiled as if she thought Logan was foolish. "Hush, child. John, the holy water, if you will?"
James stepped forward with a bowl of water and a washcloth in his hands. The woman took the washcloth, dipping it in the water a few times, before kneeling back down to Logan's eye level. She closed her eyes, her mouth moving like she was silently praying. Finally, her eyes opened again slowly, bringing the washcloth up to rub it on Logan's face. She tried to avoid it, but the woman grabbed her face to keep her still.
"Father, please forgive this child from her sins to make her a proper sacrifice towards you. Let the Devil exit her body and any other evil spirits along with his influence." Logan's eyes were wide and alarming as she watched the stranger rub what appeared to be 'holy water' on her face.
"I don't mean to, like, ruin this thing that you've got going on here, but I'm just going to stop you right there. I'm going to ignore the fact that you just called a man named James by a completely different name and tell you to get as far away from me as you possibly can," hissed Logan, her legs starting to kick.
The woman sighed. "Do you know who I am, child?"
Besides the crazy glint in her eyes despite her calming expression, Logan thought she looked like a lawyer getting ready for a wild night after the job. "Child services? Because you don't exactly seem like the best person to work with kids. You know, with sacrificing human beings to 'God,' as you call him."
With those last words, the woman took her hands and wrapped them around Logan's throat quickly, getting ready to suffocate her. She was definitely angry, her breathing uneven and a scowl on her face.
"No, you moron. I'm the reincarnated son of God."
