Xia couldn't help but feel her blood boil when she heard the voice of Songlee behind her. What would possess her to come into the club after not texting her back about Chemin?

Xia glared at Jaebeom and took another shot. She turned around slowly and swept her hair into a low bun. She didn't want her hair to get messed up if she got into a fight with her. She leaned against the bar and folded her arms across her chest.

"What do you want, Songlee?" Xia raised her brow to see her standing before her. Xia immediately noticed her face looked different from the last time she saw her. Maybe she's had some work done to her face.

"Aww, you're not happy to see me, sis," Songlee walked over to her and stopped at Jaebeom. She tried to reach out to touch him, but Xia grabbed her hand.

"Don't you dare, touch him."

"Aww, word on the street is you two broke up. I thought I would come in person and shoot my shot," Songlee giggled, and covered her mouth. Her laughter alone angered Xia.

Xia tried her best to think about how disappointed Chemin would feel if he found out that Xia beat his daughter's ass in his club. Of course, she would deserve it, but she had too much to lose.

"Don't worry about what we are doing. He's definitely not messing with you," Xia replied.

"Aww, you're still so attached. That's cute," Songlee took a step back from Jaebeom.

Xia moved in between them. "Say, what you need to say. I am enjoying my day off," Xia said.

"Oh, I just wanted to let you know. I just met with my lawyer. I am fighting to get temporary ownership of the club while my father is out. There is no way my father would have signed those papers in his right mind, so I will have my lawyer investigate things for me," Songlee said.

"You're not getting your hands on this club. You don't know shit about how to run things. Now, get the fuck out of my club before I throw you out," Xia moved in front of her and stared her down. She wasn't playing any games with Songlee, and she didn't want to entertain her any longer.

"Fine," Songlee raised her hands in defense and turned on her heels.

"Xia!" A familiar voice echoed from behind Songlee. She moved around her to see who called out to her. Her jaw dropped when she saw him. "Minho!" Xia ran over to him and jumped into his arms. He caught her instantly, and he held her so tightly.

"Min bae! What are you doing here?" Xia said, nearly in tears. She touched his face to make sure he's really real.

"Xia, have you been drinking?" Minho teased her with such a cute grin. His warm smile always made her smile instantly. There wasn't anyone in the world like him.

"Yes, a little. But, Minho, why are you here at my club. It's been such a long time since I have seen you," Xia said.

"I just got home from the military, and I needed to see you," Minho said.

"Aww, I am so flattered. Are you hungry? Let me feed you," Xia giggled.

"I am always hungry," Minho said.

Xia realized everyone in the room were distracted by their interaction. She hopped out of his arms and grabbed his hand. "Jaebeom, this is my best friend, Minho, and sometimes we call him Lee Know," Xia tried to explain.

"I remember reading his love letters to you. How many dudes are you going to bring around me, Xia?" Jaebeom got up from the bar, and headed towards the back. Once again, Jaebeom's cold demeanor made things more awkward between them.

"Oh, this k-drama is getting juicy. Let me find out you're a whore like me," Songlee watched Jaebeom walk out of the bar area, and she focused her attention back on Xia.

"Get out," Xia said. Her patience is running thin with Songlee, but she couldn't get over how handsome Minho looked. It wasn't like she never noticed him before, but he looked more mature. She looks a moment to take in all his features.

"Oh, that has to be Songlee. Xia doesn't like you at all," Minho laughed, and Xia covered his mouth.

"Minho, please don't come here starting shit. She knows I don't like her. Now, let's catch up. Do you want something to drink?" Xia asked.

"No, thanks. I am going to see my parents after this. You were the first person I wanted to see," Minho said.

"Aww, you're still sweet as fuck. Do you want to go to the barbecue spot around the corner? My treat?" Xia asked.

"So, you're not going to check on Jaebeom?" Songlee asked.

"Girl, how many times do I have to tell you to leave? I am going to call the police on your ass next," Xia wasn't trying to let Songlee bring her down, because she wanted to enjoy her time with her best friend.

"Fine. You will be hearing from my lawyer soon," Songlee headed towards the door.

"Bye, hoe," Xia shouted.

"What's going on? I read about Chemin in the newspaper. Is he okay?" Minho asked.

"Uh, not exactly, but I will tell you about him later. Let's go because I don't even want to deal with Jaebeom in his feelings," Xia said.

"Are y'all still together?" Minho asked.

"No, it's complicated," Xia said.

"Aww, well, I am back in town, so we can pick up where we left," Minho said.

"I don't know about all that," Xia said. She reached around the bar and grabbed her keys and wallet. She held Minho's hand and headed out the door. Once they were outside, she saw Chris getting out of his car.

"Fuck," Xia cursed. How the fuck is she going to explain this?

"Lee know! You're home?" Chris asked. His response completely threw her off, and it was almost like she wasn't even there.

"Bangchan! What are you doing here?" Lee Know looked surprised. Xia couldn't believe these two knew each other, and she watched them in awe. How did they know each other? Today, it was full of way too many surprises, and she needed to process everything.

"I came to see my Xia. I just got home from the military," Lee know gleamed.

"Your Xia?" Chris finally looked over at Xia. His smile quickly dropped down to a frown. Xia couldn't believe this was happening. Why on earth is Minho so possessive with her?
