"So, what situation have you gotten yourself into now?" Winnie sat down across from Chan. He wasn't in the mood to talk to his ex-girlfriend, about anything going on in his life.

He just wants thing to be civil between them.

"I am not in any situation," Chris said, coldly.

He wanted to go home, shower, and fall asleep. He already felt bad that he didn't go see Xia.

He didn't want to share his time with Jaebeom. He would rather be with Xia alone. He still had to figure out how to handle that. The more he thought about it, the more he wondered how the fuck did Winnie know.

"Yes, you are. People talk, and I heard you've been dedicating songs to Xia at that club. So, what you do? Charm your way into her pants to get gigs? You know you are a smooth talker," Winnie said.

Chan looked down at his watch and groaned at the fact that it's two in the morning. He would rather be curled up in bed with Xia, instead of sitting here with his ex.

But, he felt like he might as well clear whatever issues they have before they move any further. The last thing he needs is tension at work.

"Why are you so concerned with my love life? Aren't you dating someone else?" Chan asked.

"Yes, but I still have feelings for you. We had something special. You can't tell me you don't still feel it," Winnie reached across the table to grab his hand, but he snatched it away. He didn't want her to get the wrong idea about him.

"No, I am not. I am into Xia."

"And so is Jaebeom. So, what kind of situation y'all got going on? Y'all sharing her?" Winnie asked.

"All you need to know is I am seeing Xia and not you," Chan replied plainly.

"You're so spicy tonight. Look, we can have a little thing on the side. I won't tell anyone. Jinyoung gave me my own apartment to myself. You can come to spend the night," Winnie offered.

"No, I am not interested. Our time already passed. Let's just leave it all in the past," he said.

"We have always fucked around even after we broke up. What's different now?"

"I'm actually dating someone. You have a boyfriend, and you're still trying to fuck me. Get some help," Chan stood up from the table. There wasn't anything he could say to ease the tension between them. Winnie still had feelings for him, but he didn't feel the same.

"Okay, you're playing hard to get. I am going to play along, but you will crack like you always do. I will be waiting on my knees for you," Winnie said.

Chan woke up, and he got out of his bed to see if his roommate was there. Thankfully, he had the place to himself. It still bothered him that Winnie came on to him so strong last night. He knew that there wasn't any way he could get out of working with her.

He found himself wondering what would be the best way to tell Xia about her. He knew that Jaebeom had probably already told him some of it, but still, he wanted to be upfront with her.

This should be a time where he's celebrating and feeling excited about his deal. But, he felt like already there was so much drama surrounding the opportunity. He pulled out his phone and scrolled through his texts.

Chan: Xia, sorry about last night. I had to handle something after the studio. Can we grab breakfast?

Xia: Yeah, I am actually on the way to you with Jaebeom.

Chan: Okay, I will see you in a few.

Chan put his phone on the dresser and headed to the shower. He wanted things to be good between him and Xia. In the past, he wasn't the greatest boyfriend, so he wanted to have a strong foundation with Xia.

"I will give you two space to hang out this morning," Jaebeom said. It felt good to hear that he was going to be understanding. She needed to hear it from him. She wants things to be good between Jaebeom and Chan.

"Thanks, bae. I have been thinking about our arrangement. Were you interested in dating anyone else?" Xia asked. There wasn't any way she could restrict him from seeing someone else, since she had decided she wanted to see both.

"No, that's not really my thing. I am happy with how things are. Plus, I'm going to be hella busy soon, so I wouldn't even have the time to date anyone other than you," he said.

"Okay, well, if you change your mind. Let me know," she said. She saw Chan downstairs in front of their building. Jaebeom pulled up to the sidewalk.

Xia gave Jaebeom a quick kiss and said, "I'll see you later," she said. Chan walked over to the door to open it for her.

"Hi Jaebeom," Chan greeted him.

"Sup, Channie. Well, you two have fun. I'm going back to sleep until the studio tonight," Jaebeom responded.

"Sounds good," Chan said, and grabbed Xia's hand. Xia closed the door behind her, and she couldn't help but kiss him. She tried to pull back when she remembered that this could get back to Jinyoung.

"Why'd you pull back?" Chan tilted his head, and raised his eyebrows.

"You're a celebrity now. I don't want to cause any trouble," she said.

"Don't worry about that," he said. He leaned back in to kiss her again, but Xia pulled away.

"No, bae. Seriously, we have to be more careful," she said.

"It's okay, bae. You have nothing to worry about," he said. But, she wished what he said was actually true. She felt her stomach turn as she thought about going on a date with Jinyoung. How could she tell them about it? They wouldn't understand.

The last thing she wanted was for them to do something drastic to affect their contracts. She wished that she didn't care so much, but she honestly loved them both so much.

They both walked silently to the cafe to grab breakfast. Every since Xia acted a little different this morning, there was silence between them. She had too many things on her mind.

Channie ordered for them while Xia sat down at the table. Apart of her wanted to tell him. She didn't know how he would react.

Chan placed the tea in front of her and sat down. "Xia, what's wrong? You have been acting all morning differently. This isn't like you. Is it because I didn't come over last night?

"No, that's not it," she said.

"Well, what is it?"

"I had a long night last night at the club."

"Why are you lying to me? I can feel when you aren't yourself," Chan grabbed her hand, and rubbed it. She felt a bit at ease when she felt his touch against her skin.

"Where were you last night?"

"With my ex, Winnie. We stayed back at the studio and talked. I thought it would ease the awkward ass tension between us. She still wants to fuck me, but I turned her down. I told her about you. I didn't admit the whole entanglement situation. But, somehow, she knows," he said.

"Fuck? How does she know?"

"Who knows? She saw us at the party. Listen, don't worry about her. She's not anyone you need to worry about. That's why I wanted you to hear it for me. I don't care what Jaebeom said. Because I know I only have eyes for you," he said.

"Fuck.. there's something I need to tell you," she said.
