"She's not interested in me or even working with me. Am I doing something wrong?" Jinyoung chugged his beer and placed it on the table. He would be lying if he said the way Xia isn't phased by him doesn't bother him. Why can't he just enjoy the kickback celebration for his new artists?

New artists mean new opportunities, new potential, and more money in the business.

Sure, he has to invest a lot into his new artists, but he knows it's going to worth the investment. He knows for sure he will get his money's worth for his three new artists.

But, even though this should be a happy time for him, he's worrying himself about Xia. It's not like it's hard for him to get a woman, but for whatever reason, he can't seem to shake Xia.

Since he first laid eyes on her, he wanted to know more about her. When she said she was single, it sounded like music to his ears.

He looked across the room of people, music thumping through Jackson's penthouse apartment, and he found Xia being entertained by another guy. He watched her body language, and she's laughing at this guy and extremely close to him.

"Bro, I think Jaebeom is back with her," Jackson said, and continue to toss the ball into the cup to score another point of their favorite party game, beer pong.

"Jaebeom?" Jinyoung's eyebrows furrowed. It wasn't like they would be talking about another Jaebeom.

All this time, Jaebeom didn't say anything about Xia. But, if she's with Jaebeom, then why did she show up with Bangchan. Jinyoung tried to put the pieces together.

"Yeah, man, your new artist, but I don't know. That Bangchan guy got pretty defensive over her at the showcase. I thought he was going to jump across the table when we asked about her. Who knows what they got going on," Jackson threw his arm around his shoulder and said, "Brother, listen, you are a multi-millionaire. There is tons of pussy in this room just for you. Don't worry about Xia. She has a lot on her plate anyway," Jackson said.

His words didn't soothe him one bit. He wondered what wasn't Jackson telling him. It seems like he's privy to a few details that Jinyoung isn't aware of.

Why can't Jinyoung just move on and focus his energy on finding someone else? Why does this woman have this effect on him? He's willing to give her a job at his company to make sure she doesn't have to worry about anything. No strings attached.

All he wants to see is her smile, but she's not even a little bit interested. Jinyoung walked over to the bar section and saw his new signee, Winnie.

"Hi, Winnie! Glad you could make it," he said. Not only is she beautiful, but she's talented as well. He can't wait to see all that she delivers. He's surprised that no one else has scooped her up since she's been in Korea.

"Of course," she reached over to hug him. "Thank you for the opportunity. I am just glad to be back in Korea. Things didn't work out too well in China. Jackson talked to me about coming back to Korea again. I am just glad I listened," Winnie smiled.

"No,  you thank you for the opportunity," she said. Jinyoung watched a familiar face approach them, and he kissed Winnie on the cheek.

He wrapped his arm around her body. It's such a small world, and everyone knows everyone in the entertainment industry.

"This is my boyfriend, Mark," she turned to him and then said, "Mark, this is my new boss, Jinyoung," she said.

"We are familiar with each other, bae," Mark said.

"Oh," she looked surprised. "Well, I guess I am the only one that didn't know that," Winnie said.

"Yeah, he produced a few tracks for me. Great producer," Jinyoung complimented Mark.
