1. Let go of your past. If you stuck with it, it will burden and haunt you forever. You will lose your smile.

2. Never give up. Instead of giving up, try harder. If you fail, then try again. Use your failure as a fuel to become the person you want to be. You can!

3. Talk positive things to yourself. Don't insult, beat or hate yourself. Treat yourself like you treat your best friend. You'll feel better.

4. You deserve happiness. Please smile and enjoy your life often. Do what you love. Live your own life.

5. Be kind, always. Everyone has their own story that they didn't tell us. Don't judge them.

6. Appreciate your parents. Use your time with them. Tell them you love them. Just try. We're so busy growing up, we often forget that they are also growing old.

7. Be patient. If you're going through some of your bad days, don't feel like you have a bad life. Remember. This feeling will pass. You'll be happy again.

8. You're worthy and loved. Don't feel like you're useless. Without you, many people can't smile widely today. Without you, many people can't finish their task today. Without you, nobody will be happy today. You're important!

9. Rest, not quit. If you feel tired, then rest. Don't quit in doing something beneficial for you. You'll regret later.

10. Cry if you need to. Don't torture yourself by saying you're okay. No, you're not okay. Don't lie. I know you need someone to tell you that everything will be okay and it will dear. You'll get through this.

2020 has come to the end and there is 2021, waiting for us. Close your 2020 book and start writing in 2021 book. Remember. Life goes on. Let the past be the past. Move forward and keep going. ❤️
