Seventh shot!

Naina is upset as he is not able to show Rajveer her lehanga. She finally got all her measurements correct and is so excited to show him when her mother saw it.

Meera: Naina, had karti ho beta tum. Ab sidhe shadi me dekh lega vo. Chalo ready ho. Haldi hai sham ko.

Naina: par maa. Aapne kal kahan tha ki haldi lagne ke bad mai Rajveer sir ko nai dekh sakti par abhi to haldi nai lagi hai na

Meera: are bas 3 din me shadi hai tum dono ki. 3 din nai dekhogi use to kya ho jayega. Chalo jaldi ready ho.

Naina fake pouted and turned to leave from there. Her mother laughed at her antics.

Naina reached her room to take out the reddish orange colour patiyala her mother got stitched for her Mehandi ceremony. It's a simple sleeveless suit with beautiful danglers to wear along with it. She is looking fabulous, simple yet elegant.

Her Mehandi is done while her friends danced and enjoyed. Naina is having fun too but somewhere her heart is not in it. She really want to see Rajveer before the haldi ceremony as after that according to her mom, she can't see him till marriage.

Finally mehandi is done around afternoon, Naina's mom herself fed her, as her hands are all filled with mehandi.

Naina's M: dekh aj teri mehandi bhi ho gai, kash aj Naveen hota. Kitna khush hota vo.

Naina's eyes filled with tears and both of them are crying when Alekh spotted them.

Alekh: are kaiko ro rahi hai maa aap. Upar se meri pagal behan ko bhi rula rahi ho.

Naina's mother put her hand on his forehead, "ye hai na mera beta, koi gam nai mujhe. Acha chalo tum log thoda aaram kar lo, sham ko haldi hai na"

Naina looked at her retreating figure and few more tears fell from her eyes.

Alekh: are yedi kyu ro rahi hai, kya mast majnu type pati milne vala hai tereko. Aur kya chahiye? Apun ke sir se acha ladka kidhar milta tujhe.

Naina cried more on this. Alekh became concerned now.

Alekh: kya hua Naina? Tu kaiko itna ro rahi hai?

Naina: mujhe na Bhaiya ki sach me bahut yad aa rahi hai.

Alekh: are apun samajhta hai lekin bhaiya to idharich hai na tum sab ke sath. Jaise vo picture sab me bolta hai na ki , "Naveen bhaiya to humare dil me hai"

Naina keep dropping big fat tears so Alekh is now restless , "are ab kya kare apun, pahle to humesha sir hi chup karate the tujhe. Abhi sir ko kaise lau? Ruk call karta hu sir ko"

He tried calling him several times but he is not picking up. He realised that he might be busy with his side of rituals too.

Alekh scratched his head, "sir ko bhi abhich phone nai uthana tha apna"

Naina is still looking very sad and have some tears in her eyes.

Alekh sat on his knees in front of her, "sir shayad busy hai par abhi to teen din me shadi hai na. Tu tab mil lena. Chal ab smile kar"

Naina who actually dragging her crying episode for this moment only, "nai mujhe abhi sir se milna hai. Tu chahta hai na ki baki ke functions me mai khush rahu to mujhe sir se milva de plz haldi se pahle"

Alekh slapped his head. He understood her entire drama, "tu pagal hai kya Naina, maa ko pata chala na to band baja degi apun dono ka"

Naina fake pouted to make a cute, innocent face, "please na. Dekh Naveen Bhaiya hote na to pakka le jate apni chuhiya ko"

He understood that she is doing emotional blackmail but how can he say no to his sister at such emotional moment.

Alekh: agar maa ne pakad lia na to mai sab sach bata dunga.
