Warning: mentions of death and foul languge
September 10th

"What do we do now?" Cassandra said, turning to face Calvin.
"Let's just remain quiet and maybe act like nothing happened." Calvin answered.
"And what if she tells people about the phone?" Cassandra asked.
"Well then we'll have to come up with some sort of lie." Calvin answered. "Okay so what happened is that I found the phone in the lost and found, because I always go there to place objects that seem to have been forgotten. I then took the phone because I knew it was Daniel's and gave it to you because you are closer to Harlow. Since you went to swimming practice, you put it in your bag then we met with Harlow to give her the phone. But you grew nervous because you thought that she was going to condemn you and exactly that happened." Calvin revealed his solution.
"Alright. That seems pretty solid." Cassandra said.
"Okay cool. Cas I think you should go home, it's been a long complicated day and you need to take a break after all that drama." Calvin said.
"You're right, Calvin I don't know what I would do without you." Cassandra said, tears almost falling down her brown eyes.
"I'm always here." Calvin said as he went towards Cassandra and gave a bear hug, placing his chin on top of Cassandra's brown curls whilst ensuring that his round glasses did not get dirty. He then slightly went back and gave her a gentle kiss on her temple. "I love you." Calvin said.
"I love you too" Cassandra replied.
If only Cassandra knew that the Calvin's I love you is different to her own.
"See you later Cal." Cassandra said after letting go of Calvin as she headed to her car.
"See you." Calvin waved.

Harlow
Harlow banged the Radcliffe's mansion's front door when she closed at with force, frustrated and angered by the situation that she had just dealt with just to come to a space of more turmoil where she heard her mom and dad have their millionth fight.
"You know that we are drowning in debt but you still keep spending the little that we have on your got damn shopping addiction!"
"You married me while I already had these issues and you're complaining now?! Daniel's death has been hard on me and that's the only way that I can cope!"
"Daniel's death has been hard on all of us ...!"
"Yeah and your fucking hypocritical self forgets that whisky has been your only best friend and that you have spent so many nights now away from home! I guess you'll now say that sleeping with other women is what helps you cope with everything that is happening in this cursed house!"
As always the fight kept going and as always Harlow locked herself on her room. She'd usually just turn numb but the mixture of the anger and the sadness had her burst into tears the moment that she threw herself onto her fluffy pink comforter.
Her snowy freckled face turned red and her sky blue eyes were surrounded by the red that was once a white.
She then sat up on her bed with her messy platinum blonde hair clouding her face.
At that moment she felt that the only person she could talk to was her best friend and girlfriend, Ming.
She called and Ming answered, "Heyyy." She attempted to sound excited.
"Ming, I'm going to the inspector tomorrow." Harlow said.
"Well why?" Ming asked.
"Cassandra and Calvin had Daniel's phone all along and they kept it hidden until Cassandra accidentally let it fall." Harlow omitted information.
"How did they get his phone?" Ming asked.
"Calvin said that he found it in his locked but they must have stolen it." Harlow agitatedly said.
"Harlow...where are you going with this?" Ming asked, anticipating that her beliefs turned into her concrete facts.
"They killed Daniel." Harlow said.
Ming sighed, "Harlow, I know that you want to find out who killed your brother but assumptions are not the answer." Ming calmly stated.
"Ming you're not listening to me." Anger and frustration laced in her voice.
"Yes I am. And you are sad and angry about all that is going, on especially Daniel's death. And since you are blinded by emotions you are trying to find out who killed Daniel by pointing your finger at any random soul." Ming calmly and logically said.
"So you're saying that I'm wrong?" Harlow asked.
"Yes, precisely. Harlow take your time and-" Ming got interrupted after Harlow hung up the call. If I have to go by this alone, then might as well.
