Broken Past (Bakugou x Reader)

Kapter 10

____ meet a pro hero named Stopper. He was a older man who's quirk allowed him to freeze and pause anything in movement.

Sort of like her paralyzing quirk.

"I want you to paralyze me" he says looking at her.

She looked at him with a questioning look.

"Uh..are you sure?"

"Yes, how else will you learn your limits?" He says smiling.

She nods and starts walking as she goes towards him to scratch his arm with her nails.

She grows her nails as blue smoke escapes her hand and right when she was about to scratch him he moved away.

"Huh? I thought you wanted me to paralyze you? You need to stay still so I can scratch you" the girl says

"Oh no. You misunderstood. I do want you to paralyze me. But I'm not going to make it easy for you" he says smirking.

____ smiles a bit finally understanding his challenge as she nods and gets ready but before he can say anything else she jumps at him to get him only for him to dodge her hit.

"Oh come on, if you want to be a pro hero you need to be faster then that" he says

She glares at the man and nods.

"Use your quirk. Cover the energy around your feet and legs. Then jump at me." He says

The girl listens to the mans demand and she lets out her quirk and she forms the lightning in her quirk to stay at her feet and already she felt lighter on her feet.

She smirks and looks at the guy who watches how fast she learned.

And at that moment she jumped at high speed maybe even going faster then Iida as she aims her lightning at Stopper.

Stopper smirks at her attack but moves his hand up and pauses her attack in the air causing her to loose balance in energy. But that didn't stop ____ from rounding back and aiming new lightning towards his feet that made him have to jump back.

"Not bad" he says to her.

She moves her jump towards a tree nearby and jumps off it to get to him from behind and when she passed him she reached her arm to scratch his ankle from below but that only ended in him pausing her arm right in the air.

"Nice try but you weren't fast enough" he says as the girl smirks

"...are you sure about that?" She says as she points with her free hand at her pointing finger nail that was directly against his ankle to scratch him.

"Once you unpause me and move away you'll be paralyzed." The girl says smirking looking up at the man who's face was entirely shocked.

His shocked face then turns into a smile and unpauses her and when that happens he stays in the same position he was in.

"..I'll admit you got me good" he says

"WOW ______! That was awesome!" Uraraka yells, she was watching the two battle with Asui.

_____ smiles and stands up. But after a minute or so Stopper was able to move again.

"So you can hold the quirk for around a minute? That's not too bad..you can work on holding it everyday till you pass your limits" he says to her as he stretches his arms.

She nods taking his advice. _____ never really thought about it like that...using your quirk to boost your speed like that. It felt so..good.

She walked over to her bag and takes out her water bottle as she watches everyone train together.
