The team listens as Penelope explains what just happened wiping tears rapidly.

Spencer fights his tears as the rest of the listens.

"Were you able to get an address or anything at all?" Derek asks.

"I didn't get an exact address but I was really close and-" Penelope gets cut off by Derek slamming his fist on the table, startling everyone.

"Derek, calm down," J.J. says, placing her hand on his shoulder.

He shrugs her off and he looks at everyone.

"Hotch is out there, probably dead, and you want me to calm down?"

Derek's outburst causes Penelope to cry more while people try to calm her and Derek down.

Spencer stands up, pushing tears back as he looks at the board, shouts filling the room.

"I know who it is Derek if you would let me speak!" Penelope shouts and the room falls silent.

"Who?" Rossi asks.

"He's a relative to Laurence Gib from the 1990's, Hotch worked on that case," Penelope rushes through her speech, pulling up information on her laptop, "he has two cousins that live in the near area, Dasmin and Reggie Gib, both have taking heavy backlash against Laurence's arrest when it came out they were related. He has a brother named Ryan living in Canada who took this week off work and flew into the states."

"Okay, let's find the cousins and brother. Let's go find Hotch," Derek says eagerly.

Penelope gives them the addresses and the team makes their way to them, Spencer, J.J. and Rossi getting Dasmin's place. Emily and Derek going for Reggie's.

"Ryan hasn't checked into any hotels in the area. He has to be at one of the cousin's house," Penelope texts to the groups.

Spencer shakes his leg up and down violently, nervous and excited to see Aaron.. Potentially.

"Calm down, kid, we're just visiting the person, he might not even have Hotch," Rossi says.

"Sorry," Spencer barely whispers, his leg still moving.

They pull into the residence and they go to the door.

"Dasmin Gib! FBI!" Rossi knocks on the door.

They see a shadow run past them, and they look at it.

"Dasmin, stop!"

Dasmin sprints faster and everyone chases him.

Rossi catches up quickly, surprisingly, and pins Dasmin. Unsurprisingly, Dasmin fights against his grip as he cuffs him.

Rossi reads him his rights and puts him on the sidewalk while J.J. and Reid search the place. Clears filling the air and they meet Rossi back outside.

"Find anything?" Rossi asks and they both shake their head.

"I didn't do anything, man, let me go!" Dasmin yells.

"We have a few questions to ask you," Rossi

"Why?" Dasmin hesitates.

"About your cousin, Reggie," Rossi says.

"Should we call Prentiss and ask for an update?" J.J. asks.

"Let's wait until they call us, they have a longer car ride there. Let's talk to our friend Dasmin first."

Prentiss and Morgan pull up to Reggie's and knocks on his door.

After a few more knocks, a sweaty Reggie comes to the door.

"Hey, can I help you all?" Reggie asks.

"Reggie Gib?" Derek asks.

"That's me, you are?"

"I'm Derek Morgan and this is Emily Prentiss, we're with the FBI, and we just want to ask some questions," Derek says.

"O- Oh, okay. Come in," Reggie shuts the door as they walk in.

Reggie turns away and at the end of the hall, Emily points out to Derek the locked door.

"So, Reggie, when's the last time you've seen your cousin, Dasmin?" Emily asks, "and Ryan?"

They continue to ask random questions, taking in his house, until they get to the door.

"Could I get some water, please?" Emily asks and Reggie goes to his kitchen.

"Derek, we need to get a warrant. Hotch could be down there, Reggie's a potential suspect, so it should be easy. Do it now before he kicks us out," Emily demands and Derek hesitates.

"Fine."

Derek opens his phone and starts to dial Garcia to get the warrant. He walks outside for less suspicion.

Emily continues to wait for her water and Reggie comes in, gun in hand.

Before Emily can react he aims it towards her head.

"Don't move."
