Vaughn's POV

I huffed placing the heavy box down the living room, my eyes glaring holes at my new roommate, whose attention was fixated on the show playing on the TV.

"He tells me to help him and what do I get? nothing - no help - nothing," I muttered picking up the box and placing it on the counter.

"Calm down Vaughn, no need to get frustrated over something like this, remember this is to save money and help others who are in need of help," I reminded myself as I stacked the white plates neatly on the shelf while glancing at Levin, who was still busy watching.

I opened the front door to take the next batch of boxes from my car.

"Levin, I would appreciate it if you would lend me a hand," I said hoping that he would help me but he only nodded, his eyes still focused on the television and his hands wrapped around the duck stuffed toy embracing it tightly. I sighed and continued on my task.

LEVIN'S POV.

I was minding my own business when I felt a presence by the couch, I looked beside me to see the black-haired male Oh it's just Vaughn, I thought as I glanced behind him and saw the empty boxes sitting neatly on top of the countertop. I furrowed my brows before sparing a glance at the clock.

I let out a small oh before offering Vaughn a smile who only sighed.

"So what were you watching that made you sit all day while I moved in?" He questioned seriously, making me feel guilty - but just a little bit. I answered before playing the show.

"Want to watch it with me?" I asked not even bothered to take my eyes off the screen and heard a small response, sure he said, and gave him a smile.

"Isn't he adorable?" I questioned as I pointed at the character -- a salmon pink-haired boy seated under a tree quietly his hand intertwined and placed in front of him.

"Who's he?" the male seated beside me questioned.

"You'll find out, just watch."

"Why does someone even bother, with abusing their child, like what is wrong with people?" I rhetorically asked in frustration.

Vaughn chuckled before standing up, heading towards the kitchen. 10 minutes later he sat down beside me again.

Blurting out my thoughts I said, " I want to have my own boyfriend-- Oh shoot forget I said that."

"Oh, I forgot to mention" Vaughn started, I only nodded my knee bouncing from excitement. This is the part I was waiting for - hurry up Vaughn

"I have a -" before he can even finish I shot up from my sitting position and started singing along with the song playing

Just like

Snow that hasn't completely melted

In the shade

I continue on with these feelings inside me...

I smiled as I sang at my most awaited part. I made a mental note to apologize to Vaughn later.

Your everything has lost its tomorrow

and is now wandering around eternally

Along with me

who was unable to say goodbye or move on

just like

a spell that still won't break

or some kind of curse

I'm still holding on to some heavy baggage

"Are you willing to die for me, then?!"

Tears threatened to spill from my eyes when I read that line and the moment the vocable of the singer reached my ears, my eyes only managed to stare at the screen as it played until the end.

I sat down and watched quietly once more.

He started singing as I stared at the blonde male singing in front of me, he was filled with excitement but there is something about how he conveys the lyrics, I thought to myself.

He stopped as he stared at the screen, those eyes...

He sat down and watched quietly beside me, he seemed to be feeling a little agitated in a way. I watched silently beside him when all of a sudden my eyes were covered.

"Why'd you cover my eyes?" I asked as soon as he removed his hand from my eyes.

"Cause they kissed"

"You know we're the same age right?"

Unsurely he answered, "I know but I just you wouldn't be ummm comfortable?"

I chuckled "No I'm alright with it... And I was meant to tell you that mum invited you to have dinner with us"

he nodded and I gave a small smile at him

"Sorry for not helping a while ago..."

"It's alright, but next time do please help me," I said before stretching my arms above my head. I ruffled his hair making it messy as I bid at him a little wave and headed towards the stairs to take a rest in the bedroom.

Those eyes looked as if...

...he was lonely
