Exiting the building at 5:11 pm was a sign of my exhaustion. Today's work really tired me out. The constant demand for paper works and the supply of confessions from co-workers both male and female annoyed me. I headed towards the parking lot nodding at the guard before speeding off to a flower shop.

"WELCOME TO WISTERIA"

The guy behind the counter greeted with a smile. I walked over to him and sighed

"Do you know how to arrange flowers?"

I questioned making him grin in reply. I offered him a weak smile before telling him the details for the bouquet.

"Okay sir. Please sign right here"

He motioned towards the receipt.

"I'll be back later for the bouquet"

I clarified before leaving the shop. I started the engine of the car, loosening my tie as I stopped at a red light.

Ever since that day, my heart seemed to only beat at the mention of -

The car behind me honked signalling me to move forward, I glanced at the stoplight seeing the green light already glowing.

Green, the color of the most mesmerizing pair of eyes I've seen

The love of my life. Owner of the brightest smile, contagious laughter and cheerful personality. The day we first met was the day my life became colorful. It was a normal day at the playground, until my eyes met those emerald green eyes.

I sighed, turning off the ignition of my car, leaning my head back on the head rest.

"You could be a little more happy"

I smiled, remembering what he would always tell me that when I was scared or nervous. Gathering up my courage I went out of the car and knocked on the door. The thudding of footsteps reverberated before the door opened revealing a hazel haired woman. A very annoying but smart woman.

"YOU'RE HERE"

She squealed, engulfing me in a hug. I entered the house, my eyes landing on the little boy playing with books. I smiled and carried him, making him squeal. I picked up one of the books and smiled at Blake who gave me a grin. Vaughn entered the living room nodding his head before smiling at Blake who was seated on my lap.

"Where's your dad?"

I asked when I noticed the absence of his presence

"He went out with his friends"

Hillary replied, kissing her eldest son on the cheek before going to the kitchen.

"So how's school Vaughn?"

I asked.

Vaughn is the exact copy of Hillary, my cousin. Vaughn sat on the couch located in front of me before answering.

"It's fine, a little stressful but I'll manage"

He replied before asking me how my life is.

Life. That is something I lost during Christmas

I thought bitterly. I shook my head and rested my chin above Blake's head.

"Oh, you know tiring work and sleepless nights"

I replied, avoiding the seventeen year old's gaze.

"You miss him don't you?"

He questioned making me tighten my hold on Blake's body

"....yeah, I do"

I admitted. It's been exactly 21 years exactly since that day and up until now I can't move on.

"What was he like?"

"Rob well....Miller was someone who's randomly yell to annoy you"

I chuckled remembering the days where he used to yell "I love you Dylan Reymonds". The days we spent together bickering about pointless stuff and laughing after our argument.

"Miller was someone who brings color and life to every room he enters. His friendly and energetic personality is something I admire."

Vaughn smiled softly at me and I smiled back before changing the topic.

"So how's Kayleigh?"

I asked, mentioning his girlfriend. The night was spent catching up with The Isaac's with Hillary's constant stories about me and my very "wise" ideas before.

At 8:24 pm When I left their household and returned to the flower shop. I entered the flower shop and smiled at the blond guy.

"Mr. Reymonds"

He greeted me happily. For a guy who's working at 8:32 pm he's awfully happy, nonetheless I smiled back. He handed me the bouquet of flowers before I paid and turned to leave.

"THANK YOU FOR BUYING!!!"

He thanked me, flashing me a smile that made me stand there dumbfounded.

That smile...

P.S. So I chose Wisteria coz we named one character after that flower

P.P.S and we got Blake's name from u...
