Matters of the Family (Pro-Hero Shoto Todoroki x Reader)

𝔸𝕦𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕣 ℕ𝕠𝕥𝕖 (𝕌𝕣𝕘𝕖𝕟𝕥, ℙ𝕝𝕖𝕒𝕤𝕖 ℝ𝕖𝕒𝕕)

Hello sweeties. 

It's nice to see you again. I've put a LOT of brain power into this story so I'll make this as quick as possible but there's just a few things I want to say before we begin.

Numero uno: 
Please prepare for longer chapters than what I've done before. Even though this is still a fanfiction, I wanted this to be more like an actual story than the others. In the Ukai and Shinsou stories the character had a very small sort of character arc but in this one Y/N's backstory and journey will take front row rather than her romance with Todoroki. The romance will still be a major feature, don't worry (I know that's why you're all here) I just sort of wanted to use this story to stretch my creative mind because I want to do justice to my initial plot idea and make it as enjoyable for you all as possible.

Number two:
This story will contain MAJOR MANGA SPOILERS!!!!!!!! I know I already said it in the story bio but I wanted to repeat it here just to make sure you all saw it. I've said it twice now so I don't want none of y'all crying in the comments, kay? I'm just kidding. But yeah, please be advised that if you're wanting to avoid spoilers click off this story right now. Thank you

Number Three:
Todoroki's character is NOT CANNON. I will try and make him as accurate as possible but sometimes some of the things he does or says will be a little out of character.

Fourth and Final point:
This story contains some sensitive subjects that I wanted to make you all aware of. Y/N is a single parent, she became pregnant at 19, and while, at that age she's considered an adult (Where I am at least, I know it's different in other places) I am classing it as a teenage pregnancy. This story also deals with violence, crime, theories of corrupt society, co-parenting, estranged family, family bereavement, and poverty. While some people may look at these things and be quite to disregard them as serious, sensitive topics, I just wanted to make sure I covered all bases before I began. The last thing I want to do is upset anyone. Now that I look back on it, I should have done this for my other stories so for anyone I may have upset due to my misjudgement, I'm sincerely sorry, and I hope you're okay.
