Jamie's pov
"will you stop Jamie your not gonna give your talented writing to some wannabe" my friend Ashton says
"it's not you decision ash....its my writing I'm gonna give it and she's not a wannabe she's our boss" I said going to the meeting we where going too
"ahh miss Lyric and Mr. Valdez welcome to the meeting" our boss says and me and ash went to sit down on the side
"Paula please represent your proposal" our superior ask and I gave my writing to Paula
"yes of course" she says and continues to give presentation and I realize that should be me who's gonna give the presentation I'm the one who wrote that so I decided to get up
"stop!" I said which cause everyone to look at me
"song what are you doing!" Paula says
"my name is Lyric......jamie lyric that writer of your so called presentation Paula" I said pointing to the document
"is this true" our superior ask and Paula nodded slowly "yes"
"I'm so sorry miss Lyric I can't believe she's using your writing"
"I don't care because I quit" I said and Ashton looks at me with a proud look and with that I walk away from the board room and packed my stuff in a box
"You sure wanna quit?" ash asks helping me
"yes you were right I was being used here" I said going to the elevator and him following me
"what are you telling parents?"
"I'll tell them the truth I feel like they'll be proud that I stood for my self" I said
Ashton drove me to my parents house and when I got there there was moving vans
"mom? Dad?" I called out while going inside with Ashton
"sweetie your early" my dad said with my little sister Kelly while coming downstairs
"what's going on?"
"I'm sorry sweetie but were gonna move to London for your dad's job" my mom explains and me ash looked at her shocked "what!" I said "I know! That's exactly my reaction when they told me" Kelly said
"I know so you will have to quit your job and come with us" my dad says and Ashton laughs
"what are you laughing about?" kelly ask
"she already did that....we came here to tell you guys" he explains
"sweetie that's great I'm so proud of you...you will have to tell me about later ok" my mom says and I laugh and nodded
"kelly already packed your stuff and we are leaving today at 3"my dad says" your welcome sis" "thanks Kells.....and the flights 20 minutes from now"i said
"I know so say good bye to ash" my mom said while her, Kelly and dad walking away from us
"ash-" I got cut off
"it's ok Jamie...just give me updates when you get there ok.......i love you bestie" he says which cause me to hug him tightly "I love you too ash"
Me and my family drove to the airport and we right on time for our flight
