I can't sleep. I got out of my house and walked along the beach. I reached a relatively clean part of it and sat on a fridge there. It was midnight, so I could see the stars easily. I started singing.
"It always seems more quiet in the dark
It always feels so stark
How silence grows under the moon
Constellations gone so soon
I used to think that I was bold
I used to think love would be fun
Now all my stories have been told
Except for one
As the stars start to align
I hope you take it as a sign
That you'll be okay
Everything will be okay
And if the seven rings collapse
Although the day could be my last
You will be okay
When I'm gone you'll be okay
And when creation goes to die
You can find me in the sky
Upon the last day
And you will be okay"
I get off and head back to my house, feeling much better. Time to sleep.
I walked into class and everyone was talking about the attack. "Midoriya-kun! Are you okay?" Uraraka ran up to me as I entered. "I heard you faced off against the leader of the LOV!" I sigh. "I'm fine! It wasn't anything too bad. He's just a giant baby who can't fight at all." Everyone looked at me. "What?" I asked. Iida spoke up. "He had a quirk that could've killed you!" I laugh.
"Sorry, but I'm a black belt in not getting killed." I sit down and pull out a book. A few minutes later, Aizawa comes in. He was bandaged, but not badly. Apparently I had come in at the right time to keep him from the worst injuries. "Ok everyone." I look up and put my book down. "Despite what happened, the school has decided to continue on with the activities planned. Such as the upcoming Sports Festival."
Everyone started muttering. "Really sir?" Iida asked. "I don't think that would be a good idea considering everything that just-" Aizawa sighed. "The Sports Festival is the official debut for hero course students to find sponsors. So we are doing this." Everyone started muttering. The bell rang and Aizawa said, "Everyone get ready for class, but Midoriya." I look up. "Come with me." I sigh as everyone starts oohing that I'm in trouble.
We wait in the hall and as Mic goes in, the hall becomes quiet. "Midoriya. I don't often get involved with students' personal lives. However..." He sighs. "What happened to your eye? And why did you get taken to the top of the mountain area?" I sigh.
Aizawa couldn't move. This kid was emitting tension so strong it was on par to All Might's when he got mad. "Sensei." Midoriya glared at him. "There are some things you shouldn't know. My personal life is one of them. It doesn't matter if I have a scar or anything. So just leave me the fuck alone." He smiles and goes back into class.
Aizawa slid down to the floor in shock. What kind of child was that?! The feeling that he had made him want to cry. He got up shakily and went to the principal's office. "Aizawa. May I help you?" He nods. "I want to look into Izuku Midoriya." Nezu smiles. "What a coincidence! I was just looking at his file. Here, I trust you can figure out this enigma of a boy, EraserHead."
Aizawa takes the file and leaves. Nezu sighs, his smile dropping. "What could you have gone through to be dead and yet alive?" He wondered aloud.
