Chapter 13

I'm taken to the hospital. "I told you #2! I'm not getting checked out!" Gran sighed. "We're not here for that you idiot!" He took me to a hospital room. "This is why we're here." We go in and I smile. "Todoroki! Iida!" My friends look up and smile. "Midoriya." Todoroki said, a small smile on his face. I walk over to them and say, "How are you guys feeling?" Iida sighs. "Sore, and I feel stupid for what I did."

"Speaking of that, you have another guest." A dog faced man comes in. "Hello, I'm Kenji Tsuragamae, chief of police. I'm here to talk about what happened yesterday." Everyone becomes silent. The chief sighs.

"First off, Stain is severely injured with blunt force trauma but is alive and being treated. Secondly, ever since the appearance of quirks, only heroes can use quirks. Anyone else using them without express permission is illegal and must be punished." What? "But it was the hero killer." Iida said. He nods. "True, but it's still illegal, seeing as you were not with your mentors. Therefore, your mentors should be the ones who get the punishment."

"But if we hadn't used our quirks, Iida and that other hero would've died." Todoroki growled. He gets up but I stop him. "That's usually true, but since there were so few witnesses we can cover it up. However, you all wouldn't get the recognition or the problems." Iida sighs. "I'll agree to it. I did a lot of horrible stuff, but you are so kind."

Tsuragamae smiled, at least I think he did, and said, "I don't want kids like you to fall when you haven't even rised yet." He looks at us. "I'll follow what Midoriya will say. He was the one who called me to the area and stopped Stain." I sigh. "So who gets the credit?" The dog sighs. "Endeavor." I grimace, thinking about the pros and cons of this.

"Legally, I'm not included, since I'm quirkless." He nods. "I'll agree to it. As much as I hate that bitch, it's better than having you guys getting hurt."

I'm waiting at the train station with the old man. "Kid, you are something." He said after a bit of silence. "What brought that on?" I ask him, not looking down. "The last time I met someone with this much raw potential was Toshinori. Speaking of," He looks up at me. "I don't know how you even met or knew Naoko, but if the news I saw was right, you have some important connections. I suggest you ask Toshi and Naoko to tell you all about AfO."

I stop. "How do you know that name?" I asked, looking at him. "How do you?" I roll my eye. "Whatever. Who the fuck is Toshinori anyway?" Gran Torino smiles. "Don't tell anyone else, but it's All Might." I snorted. "That's his name?! Geez!" The train comes. "Good luck Old man #2!" 

Back inside class, I'm talking with Todoroki and Iida. We all got here early. As everyone else comes in, Everyone crowds around us. "Midoriya, Iida, Todoroki! Are you guys okay? We saw the news!" Uraraka asked. "I laugh. "I'm fine, the others, maybe?" Iida glared at me. "Geez, we're all fine!"

Denki came up to us. "So, Stain's in jail! I probably shouldn't say this, but Stain is kinda cool..." Iida was about to scold him but I stopped him. "I mean, what Stain is thinking isn't entirely wrong." The class goes silent as they turn to me. "What do you mean by that, Midoriya-kun?" Tsuyu asked. "The hero society is a bit messed up." I state.

"People like me and Shinshou are ostracized for not being strong, so it's harder for us to become heroes or something like that. But killing people? Hurting them and blaming it on society? Definitely wrong. I can agree with the fact that the Society is fucked up, but that's what I'm here for. To fix that up." I go to my seat.
