String- Sungchan x Shotaro

(Hope you appreciate my attempt at drawing hands correctly)

Day 1 (Shotaro POV)
I've had this string on my wrist for my entire life. I tried to take it off but my fingers fade through it. I asked my mom about it but she always gave me a confused look and said "what string?" So it looks like only I can see it.

Now I'm on a bus, trying to follow where the string is leading me.

I was staring out of a window, swiping away the fog created by my breath. I quickly looked down at the string, the string was now pulling to my left. I quickly pressed the button to let the bus driver know I was leaving. The bus driver opened the doors and I thanked him.

I ran along the streets trying to follow the string. The string switched directions and I lost my breath. I painted heavily, sitting down on the cold pavement. People passed by and gave me strange looks.

I couldn't follow it anymore and decided to stop by the convenience store and buy some snacks.

I walked up to the cash register with my arms full of oreos, sour gummy worms, and doritos. "You on something?" The cashier chuckled, I laughed along with him. "That'll be 12.50" he said as he put my snacks in bags. I handed him 15 dollars out of my wallet and said "keep the change.." I looked at his nametag "...Sungchan" I smiled and walked out with my snacks.

Sungchan POV

"...Sungchan" the customer walked out with a smile. I looked down at my wrist. The red string now glowed brightly. I wanted to go after him but he left too quickly. I noticed a dark leather wallet on the ground. I picked it up and looked through it. It was his wallet. "Ok..Shotaro, I'll get this back to you." I said outloud.

I went back to my station at the register and waited for my shift to be over.

The clock hit 3 and I rushed out of the convenience store with Shotaro's wallet in hand. I looked in one of the pockets and found a slip of paper with what I could only assume was his address. I put the address in google maps and quickly started walking in the direction of his house.

Shotaro POV
I took the bus to my house, I know it would take longer but I didnt want to walk another mile back. I looked down at my string it was pointing in the direction of my house.

The bus stopped at the station next to my house. I looked at my string, it now glowed a bright red. What did that mean? I looked up and saw the convenience store clerk at my door. I saw his hand go to knock on the door. I saw his wrist, with a glowing red string, leading to mine.

Suddenly he turned around and we locked eyes. My heart started to pound, trying to escape my chest as he walked closer and smiled. "You dropped this" he said, offering me my wallet. I took it and our hands brushed together, sending a tingling sensation through me. He froze and I was sure he was feeling it too.

Sungchan POV
His hands touched mine...and I didnt want to let go. His hands were slightly cold, compared to my warmer ones.
I let go of the wallet and started to walk away when my arm was pulled back. I looked behind me and saw the red strings connecting our wrists. I tugged my arm away but the string wouldn't let me leave.

He looked at his wrist confusedly. I sighed and walked back up to him. I offered my hand.

Shotaro POV

He offered his hand. I didn't know what he meant so I handed him a few dollars. He looked at me and chuckled. He grabbed my wallet and stuffed the money back in and handed it to me. He held out his hand once again. I just stood there, I still didn't know what he meant. He sighed and grabbed my hand, interlocking our fingers.

I looked down at my hand in shock.
I didn't want to let go of his hand ever. Period.

We sat on the stoop, just chit-chatting
When he suddenly pulled my hand to him.

Sungchan POV
I had an urge. Shotaro needs all the love and kisses in the world. I pulled his hand closer to me and kissed it.

He stared at me in shock, his face was beet red as well.

I scooted closer to him and lifted his chin up, placing my lips on his. They were sweet and sour, probably from the gummy worms.

Shotaro POV
He kissed my hand and I freaked out.
He scooted closer and I wanted to go dig my grave already. He put his index finger under my chin and brought his mouth to mine. It felt like I was flying, across the ocean and straight into a cloud. His lips were soft against mine, I know that sounds clichè but they were. We moved our lips in an almost rhythmic pace. I pulled back first because I needed air, but immediately went back to the heaven that was Sungchan. His kisses filled with pure love and emotions.

Author POV

They kissed a bit more until a mother and her child were walking past and the child noticed. "Hey mommy look, they're kissing!" She said giggling. "Ugh sweetheart dont look, it's disgusting" The woman shielded her daughter's eyes. Shotaro heard this and immediately popped up.

He walked up and looked at the little girl. She had scars on her face that were poorly covered with foundation. "Did mommy do this?" Shotaro asked the little girl. The little girl nodded. "You wanna come with me?" "Yes" Shotaro smiled and picked up the little girl. The mother stood there with anger on her face. "When we get home I'm going t-" she started but Shotaro slapped her. "She's not going home with you. I revoke your child privelages" Shotaro said with a smirk and walked back to Sungchan.

"So we have a kid now?" He asked
"Yep" Shotaro replied. "Darling what's your name?" Shotaro asked, setting the girl on his knee. "Cecilia" she said shyly. Shotaro thought for a moment.

"How about we give you a new name?" Shotaro said "Ok"
"I got one! What do you think of Arisa?" Sungchan asked
Shotaro nodded and looked at the girl.
"I like it, it's pretty" she said giggling.

Shotaro smiled at her and Sungchan kissed the side of his head.
