Attacking The Fallens

Okay, so before you start on this chapter, I should tell you that I decided to get rid of the level 30 ability for the Observe skill to see through hidden levels.

After giving his explanation for what was bothering him, Hiroki sat down on Aiyuki's couch while continuing to eat his ramen.

"So, a dungeon you went to was way more powerful than you thought it would be and ended up heavily injured" Aiyuki recounted what Hiroki was bothered with as Hiroki nodded because he couldn't speak while he was eating.

"Huh, didn't think that dumb cat could heal you that quickly. Maybe she isn't entirely useless" Aiyuki said to himself as Hiroki swallowed the noodle in his mouth

"Well, she probably did heal me but it also seems like one of my skills healed me as well" Hiroki told Aiyuki as Aiyuki nodded

"Was it the 'Gamers Body' skill you told everyone about before" Aiyuki asked as he recalled the skills Hiroki told everyone when he was explaining his sacred gear.

"Yeah" Hiroki nodded as he then started slurping on his noodles

"Aiyuki" Hiroki called out to Aiyuki

"What is it"

"So, if you know about Kuroka, what is her whole deal. I mean she tries to seduce me, which I have to use all my willpower not to end up a victim to and you're telling me not to mention her to anyone else" Hiroki asked Aiyuki a question he had in his head for a while but couldn't quite ask Kuroka herself as he felt that something would change if he did.

"Because she is a rogue devil and considered a threat of the highest level" Aiyuki told Hiroki as he was shocked at the new information

"Wh-why is she one? What did she do" Hiroki asked Aiyuki as he started to feel scared, from the fact that a girl he thought he was starting to get feelings for was a murderer.

"She killed her entire peerage and was branded a rogue devil shortly after" Aiyuki told Hiroki as he had a look of fear on his face, from the confirmation of his fears being a reality.

"Though, it wasn't something so black and white as her just killing her peerage. It was more like the situation with Eren but on a much, much, much, much smaller scale" Aiyuki told Hiroki as he tried to make it easier for Hiroki to understand by comparing it to something Hiroki knew and a character from a manga that he loved.

"B-but she kill--"

"And. She killed before and committed a horrible act, but as much as I hate to defend her, she probably regrets it. She may have done it out of self defense or out of desperation, but either way she has reflected and is now dealing with guilt. The guilt of being in a position where you're forced to kill another, even if they are the worst person in the world, you will hate and despise yourself for it" Aiyuki told Hiroki with a hint of familiarity when he spoke those words, like he or someone close to him did the same thing she did.

At that Hiroki was left speechless and only wordlessly nodded as he found that Aiyuki spoke those words with familiarity, and so Hiroki went back to eating his noodles to occupy himself.

Aiyuki looked at Hiroki eating and sighed as he went to eating his own noodles.

When they finished their noodles, two minutes passed and they threw away the ramen cup.

"Now, take me into that dungeon of yours" Aiyuki told Hiroki as Hiroki was surprised

"But no one enters inside the dungeon with me when I create the dungeon" Hiroki told Aiyuki
