"WHAT?!" Everyone said as Toni got off of one knee
On with the show
Toni got up off her knee and put the ring in her pocket. She looked at Cher, with tears filling and flowing out of he eyes in a constant cycle. She walked away and the boys followed. Veronica and the girls, plus Kevin, pulled Cher aside.
"Why'd you say no?" Veronica said pissed off slightly
"Because, she wanted to tell another female I love you, so I said no to her proposal." Cher blurted out ignorantly
Everyone looked at each other and started laughing. Cher looked at them confused.
"You really think that Toni would do that?" Veronica asked while still laughing
"I mean, I dont know. I dont know, I don't think I know Toni the way I thought I knew her." Cher said low while fiddling with her fingers.
"You should know damn well Toni wouldnt do that. She loves you, and the last thing she would do it purposely hurt you." Betty said as everyone nodded in agreement
"By the way, she planned that out. She wasnt on the phone with anyone. She just made it seem like it." Kev said nudging her
"But, how would you know? It's not like..."
"She told us. A week ahead of time. We knew this was going to happen." Kevin said
"Why are you still sitting here? Go and get your girl back."
"You're a heartbreaker. You got her crying ruining her makeup."
Cher got up and walked over to Toni.
While Toni got dragged away, Toni was slowly walking to an empty booth while crying. When she got in the booth, she started crying even more than before. She wanted to spend the rest of her life with Cher, and she didnt feel like Cher wanted to either.
The boys quickly followed. They sat next to her and comforted her.
"I'm so sorry." Everyone said as they sat down
"Maybe it's not the right time yet." Archie said
"Shes going to turn up." Sweet Pea said
"Its going to be okay." Fangs said rubbing her back
"How do you feel?" Jughead asked
"H-honestly?! I f-feel like my h-heart...."
"Take your time."
"Like my h-heart got ripped out of my c-chest. That's h-how I feel."
"Do you think maybe shes not ready?"
"No, she talks about it all the time. Shes more than ready. She looked up venues, flowers, bridesmaids dresses, honeymoon spots, everything. Maybe she changed her mind. Maybe she doesnt want to be with me anymore." Toni stated with less tears coming down her face
