The next few weeks went by pretty quickly. I mean, I can't believe it's been a month since I found out that Blake is Hemingway. We've been hanging out a lot. Like seriously, A LOT. He comes to pick me up every day and we ride together to school. My parents aren't very happy about the motorcycle, but they don't fight me about it anymore. Levi drives Liv to school, so we don't have trouble. In school Blake usually walks me to class, and he carries my books. I mean, What else could a girl ask for?

Sometimes when we are walking to class I see Ethan. He is always really nice and waves at me with a tiny smile. But, I can feel he is struggling, I stopped talking to him completely since I've been with Blake. I know that's not fair to him, but I did have feelings for Ethan, so why complicate things between us? It's better if we keep our distance.

I find it funny that I still receive letters from Hemingway. I won't confront Blake about it though, I think is cute that he wants to keep alive the thing that got us together. Also, acting like we still don't know each other adds a little fun to it.

I haven't been hanging out with Liv as much, we talk a lot on the phone, almost every night, but she is busy with Levi and I'm busy with Blake, and we agreed that the two of them probably wouldn't get along, so we just don't hang out together.

My relationship with Blake isn't the easiest, I like him a lot, and I know he likes me, but he is just very closed. He doesn't want me to know anything about his past, or meet his parents, I don't even know if he has siblings. I want to know everything about him, but it seems like that's impossible. Also, he only ever shows his real self when we are alone, in front of people he is always this tough guy, the guy who doesn't care about anything, who doesn't follow the rules, and according to people, who doesn't care about me. They think we won't last, that Blake doesn't know how to be in a relationship without sabotaging everything for himself. They think he's broken, beyond fixing.

I felt knocking on my window suddenly. I figured it was Liv, and I just screamed "It's open.

But then I looked up un Blake was crawling inside my window (He has never been in my room, since my parents don't like boys and closed doors together).

-Hey Williams-

-Blake!- I said nervously, and maybe a little too loud.

-How are you?-

-I'm good, thanks for asking.-

-Do you want to do something? Sneak out?-

My parents would KILL me. Like seriously cut me up in little pieces and then eat me.

-Hum, don't you think is too late?-

-It's ever too late for an adventure-

-Okay... Where are we going?-

-It's a surprise-

He helped me to go down the window and we got on his motorcycle. Blake started driving, not giving me any clues about we were going. We drove a little and then we parked next to an enormous sign.

-Here we are-

I was seriously confused. Why did Blake bring me here of all places?

I must have had a really confused expression because immediately he started saying.

-From down here it looks like nothing, but wait till we go up.-

And just like that, he started climbing a ladder that was next to the sign, and in no time he was up.

-You're up Williams. Hope you're not scared of heights.-

I'm not, but he should have thought about that before. I started climbing and when I finally got to the top I saw why Blake brought me here. You could see the whole city from up here, and it was amazing. We stared at it for a little bit before I asked.

-Blake, do you have any siblings?-

-Why are you asking me that?- He said, laughing a little.

-I'm just curious-

-I don't have any siblings-

-And do you have pets?-

-Why are you so curious all of a sudden?-

-I just feel like you know everything about me, but you won't tell me about yourself-

-There's nothing interesting about me.-

-All I know is what you told me through the letters, but I want to know more-

Blake looked confused for a second, but then he continued talking.

-Sadie, I'm a closed person, you know that. So why do we have to fight about this? Just drop it, please.-

-But why are you closed now? You had no problem telling me about you like Hemingway, so why now? Do you not trust me? Do you not like me?-

-Sadie, it's not that, is just, I don't like my past, so I want to keep it there, hidden, so it doesn't come back to haunt me.-

-Fine.-

Blake started talking about something else, and eventually, I stopped thinking about his past, and about him being so close with me. Then he drove me home, and it was like nothing had happened between us tonight, as the fight never even existed.
