Third person POV

Charles and Jackson both sighed. "Just as you said. We're not human. Not where it really counts. We're mutants, well I am, he's more of a house cat", Charles said pointing his thumb at Jackson. Jackson shot him a offended look. "I am not! And you know that! I am a familiar, I was assigned to protect her from the minute she was born, but sometimes she tends to be a danger magnet. And her, she's a mutant as well, but her mother. Her mother was a witch, which would make her......", he was cut off by Carlisle. "Half witch, half mutant", he mumbled. "Yeah, basically, and I think we both already know what you are", Jackson said giving him a raised eyebrow.

Carlisle sighed. "Yes, me and my family are vampires, but we do not feed on humans, we feed on animals", Carlisle said calmly. He wasn't scared, because he knew they already knew what he was. So what was there to be scared of? He then looked back at Raina. She seemed okay for now. Her I.V. Drip still in her hand. Her I.V. Bag still full. She seemed to be in a comfortable position. He sighed. "Danger magnet, you say?", he asked chuckling as he looked at the two men. Jackson just nodded. "Basically, but also stubborn. Most of the time she won't except anyone's help. So.....good luck with that my man. Cause If she doesn't get her way, she'll make it her mission to get what she wants. So, good luck with that", Jackson said chuckling.

And the minute he finished his sentence. Jasper and Alice walked into the room, looking really concerned. "Is she okay? I saw what happened, we came as soon as we could", alice said worried. Carlisle turned to his son and daughter. "She's fine, she just tired herself out is all. And we still haven't figured out why she panicked. Maybe you can shed some light on it?", he said as he turned to look at Jackson and Charles.

"We can, but whatever I say is to be kept in this room, or I swear it won't be pretty", Charles said sternly. The three vampires in the room nodded. Which only made Charles sigh. "She hates talking about it, she always blamed herself for her parents death. But it never was, but the reason why she panicked, is because of the people who killed her parents, our friends. Our family. The people that killed them, were humans that experiment on us, and if we don't comply, we're killed. And we didn't comply, so they were killed. We're the only living mutants I know of, mutants are being killed and taken all over the world. That's why we had to hide and change our names. Her real name is Raina Sky Lehnsherr", Charles said as he went misty eyed.

The three vampires in the room, growled. "Humans did this? Humans? They're no better then us, killing innocent people. But we'll make sure the minute something seems suspicious, we'll take care of it", Jasper growled out. His eyes becoming black around the pupils.

"No wonder it didn't seem genuine when she told us her name, I should have known", Alice said. She sped over to the bed side of her mate. Gently caressing her mates cheek. "My princess", she whispered softly. She smiled when she felt Raina lean into her touch. "I'm going to have to keep tabs on her, as you said. She's a handful when she wants to be. I'll keep track of my visions around her. But as of right now, nothing seems of any danger around her, well that hasn't already happened", Alice said as she turned to look at the others. She then turned to see Jasper already at the other side of her bed side. She smiled. She watched as he leaned over her. "She seems content, whatever you gave her seemed to make her at ease for the time being", he said as he raised his hand and caressed her soft cheek with the back of his hand. Her cheek, so soft, so warm. Something that he wasn't. And he wanted to keep it that way.

"Is it true, what they say about witches? Once they turn a certain age, they're immortal?", Carlisle asked Charles. Charles leaned against the wall. His back leaning against the cool walls of the hospital room. "Yes, from what her mother told me before. Yes, so you don't really need to turn her. And from what you've already seen, she can take care of herself", Charles said. Jackson rolled his eyes. The man gives her too much credit. "Most of the time", he mumbled. Charles raised an eyebrow at him. "What? You give her too much credit, she's barely been practicing her powers, that's why she couldn't keep that truck from hitting her. She needs to practice more or she's only going to get hurt more. You need to train her more and you know it Charles, it's what Erik would have wanted", Jackson said as he got up from his seat and got in Charles face.

Charles got up close to Jackson's face. "Don't you think I know that? But don't you think we have more important matters? We barely made it out alive the first time. What says they won't find her here, we can't have our guards down. I'll train her when I know it's safe, but as of right now, the only thing we can do is keep herself safe from herself, you know what happens when she uses her powers too hard", Charles argued back. Jackson growled in Charles face. "Who's fault is that? You barely trained her the first time. All the kids at the school were more trained then she was. Admit it! Your scared of what she can do, and your trying to hide it. If you train her right, she won't be a danger to herself and others!", Jackson snapped at Charles.

Charles sneered at Jackson. "I'm not scared of my own niece! Erik wouldn't let me train her yet, not until her mother trained her first. You know this! So don't go telling I'm scared of her. I wanted to train her, I was going to train her, but then you already know what happened. I can keep her safe", Charles said. Jackson laughed bitterly. "Yeah? I can see where that got Erik and her mother. The only reason why she isn't dead and six feet under is because of me. Who do you think got her out of there when she wouldn't leave her parents?! Not you, me! I've always been the one to keep her safe, I was assigned to keep her safe, but when I say she needs to be trained, she needs to be trained!", Jackson growled. His eyes glowing yellow. His fangs coming out to play. He was pissed.

"I would talk about this later if I were you, she is waking up", Carlisle said. The two of them looked away from each other. They heard a groan come from Raina. They watched as she slowly opened her eyes.

Well shit, they have a lot to talk about.
