It was late at night, the bright light of the moon shining through your window into your bedroom. You rolled over in bed for about a hundred times because you couldn't sleep. No matter how hard you tried, it just didn't work. You just sighed and pulled the blanket closer to you.
"Can't sleep?" You were a little startled when a deeper sleepy voice came to you. You thought he was asleep. You love his sleepy voice ... actually ... You love everything about him. "Uhmm ... "You rolled over so you could see him. His eyes seemed to glow in the dark, it was only because the light outside, but he looked so perfect.
You wanted to move closer to him, but he moved instead and stood up. "Where are you going?" You also wanted to get up, because it wasn't usual for Zhongli to just get up and go somewhere. "Wait," so you stayed on the bed while Zhongli went somewhere.
You waited a few minutes, but sleep still did not come. Suddenly you heard the door slam. You only looked up to see his beautiful eyes glowing in the dark. "Here," he handed you something. "It's still warm carefully," you carefully took a cup of hot drink from him. It was not hot, but it was nicely warm . "What is it?" Zhongli sat down on the bed again and moved closer to you. "Herbal tea, it helps with sleep problems ..." He looked in your direction. You just nodded and drank slowly while he was still lovingly watching you.
For the next ten minutes, he told you what herbs the tea was made of and why it helped. He spoke softly and calmly. God, how much you loved him. He talked about everything so terribly interesting, you couldn't stop listening to him.
You finished your tea in peace and lay down next to Zhongli, who was already lying and just watching you. "Did it help?" He asked quietly as he stroked your back. "Uhm, thank you," you moved closer to his body. "I'm glad then, let's go sleep now darling." Zhongli hugged you and pulled you closer.
For the rest of the night, you slept peacefully in his arms.
