Zhongli x reader -Jealous

Today was your day. Why? Because you'll finally go on a date with Zhongli again. It was few rough weeks full of work and commissions so you spend most of free time at home. You didn't complain about it, it was nice too. Now you have few days off so Zhongli decided to take you out. You have no idea what he planned but you were really excited.

,,Hello dear," you heard his deep voice from behind. You quickly turned around in bed and gave him big smile. ,, Excited for today I say." He smiled back at you and your heart melt. Even tho you are together quite some time your love is only growing. ,,You can't even imagine how much!" You laughed.

The day was amazing so far! You walked around Liyue, talked about everything and anything, laughing and just having good time. Aw, you missed this so much.

You stoped infront of Wanmin Restaurant to have some lunch when a well known voice greeted you from behind.

,,Hello there!" For a minute you though about just grabbing your boyfriends hand and start running but it was too late. ,,Well, hello Childe." You waved at him and Zhongli greeted him with just a nod.

,,What are you doing here?" Childe gave you warm smile. ,,Just getting lunch, what do you think?" And you don't know how but you two started talking more. End up Childe decided to join you for lunch. Zhongli didn't seems very happy about it- after all it was still just yours and his day. But he didn't say anything. All that time he just watched you two talking, something in him just wanted to throw a meteor at him right there but it would cause too much demage around. You didn't seems to notice that he's actually flirting with you now but Zhongli did, he noticed everything even how he looks at you. It drives him crazy but he doesn't want to make scene. This continued until you all finished your food.

You decided that waitress here have already a lot of work and took empty plates to her. Zhongli was right behind you so he can pay but Childe was faster. ,, This one's on me." He winked at you. Zhongli tried so hard to stay calm but it was just too much for him. ,,Okay, Thank you, now stop flirting with my girlfriend, we're leaving." His voice was low full off anger. You never heard him like that (but you loved it). Childe took few steps back. ,,Okay, okay! No need to look like you're about to hit me with meteor or something!" He gave you a nervous smile and decided it'll be better to leave. ,, Anyway, I had great time, bye!"

,,What was that?" You asked Zhongli on your way back home. He looked at you but as soon as he opened mouth to say something he closed it and continued walking. ,,Hey, talk to me!" You had to catch up to him, because his steps are a lot bigger then yours. Then it hit you.

,,Stop." You both stoped in the middle of the road and he looked at you. ,, You're jealous!" You laughed. He just sighed and went back to walking. You catched up and grabbed his hand. ,,Honey, you don't have to be, I would never choose Childe over you." You gave him sweet smile. Surprisingly he returned you a small smile. ,,I know, love. But seeing him looking at you the way he was, didn't feel really good." He finally relaxed and pulled you into a hug. You were getting lost in those golden eyes. And then your lips finally meet his.

,,Thank you for today." You said smiling at him. You were now sitting on the hill near your house. Dark blue color already took over the sky and many stars started to appear.

,,I shall thank you, my dear. I had really enjoyed this day with you, but there is one more thing I have prepared for you. Look there." He pointed at the sky over Liyue. Just when you wanted to ask, the sky started lighting up with different colours.

It took your breath away. So pretty that it brought tears of happiness in your eyes. All that time you had a big smile on your face. Zhongli just admired you. He loved everything about you and he can't imagine losing you. You suddenly turn to him and gave him big hug. ,,Thwank you, thwank you, thwank you, I love youw so fwking much!"

,,I love you too, my dear." He smiled and finally looked at the sky too.

Maybe he will plan days like this more often ;)
