Zhongli x reader (fluff) Yeh Dehko Phool

"How did you even get up there ?!" Lumin shouted from below. "I don't even know ..." you replied and laughed.  And honestly,  you really didn't know.  You are standing at the top of one of the highest mountains in Liyue.  Lumin was only a few feet down.  The thing is, the last part of the mountain is almost straight, so there is a small chance of getting here.  "Are you going to try again, or will you wait there?" You asked and looking around. 'Wow ...' the view was amazing. You could see almost everywhere. "I'll wait, and if you don't come back in the evening, we'll head back without you!"  You just laughed.  You were glad to have someone you got along with.  "But hurry up!  Paimon will be hungry at any moment! "Paimon looked at you with impatience. The truth was, you were originally supposed to come here alone for a commission, but Lumin offered to go with you." Shush," you both shouted.  "Then I'm going!" You just waved at them and started walking.

"So apparently it should be exactly ...." You looked at the map. "Here," you turned with your hand outstretched in front of you.  The index finger fell directly on one blooming flower.  "Goal!" You went to the flower and waited if it will  start to react to you. Fortunately, nothing happened, so you came even closer. "I finally have you!"  You rejoiced quietly.

But before you could pluck the flower, something threw you in the back.  "W-what?" You paused and looked around. You saw a dark figure under one of the large flowering trees.

"Don't touch her." That ... voice ... was so calm. You were in a trance. You couldn't move or say anything. You might have thought that the Commission from Fatui won't be that easy, but they have something you need.

"Do you know what you just wanted to pick up?" "Uhm ... a flower?"  Great, you just made a complete idiot out of you.  You just clapped in your head.  A mysterious figure came out of the shade of a tree and headed for you.  As soon as the light fell on them, you almost fainted.

It was a tall man.  Or at least something like that.  He had long golden horns that glittered under the sun's rays, on his neck, face, and some other parts of his body were scales .  "W-what are you?" You tried to ask but your voice failed. You take your time to look more closely at his body. You were the first to notice his bright golden eyes.  If it weren't for this situation, it would be an amazing sight.

The unknown person(?) just smiled.  "This flower is called Yeh Dehko Phool, it's a special flower that can be found just here." He seemed to be thinking. "Which means you had to find out what you came for."  It's like you're frozen in place again.
At that moment, you also realized that you were still sitting on the grass (Important -or not-fact).

"Uh..uhm..i-it is just p-part of my co-comission..I didn't mean to do s-something bad .." all the time you looked him in the eyes and felt that you're blushing. You don't like to draw attention to yourself and most of the time you try to get along smoothly with everyone. 'I fucked up ...' you screamed at yourself in your head.

,, What is your name? "Mysterious one asked with his calm voice. You decided it will be better to answer." Y-Y / N .. "mysterious one looked at you once again before starting to walk towards you.  It was this moment when you noticed his tail.  'nothing can surprise me at this point ...' you blushed again and look at this really nice grass.  He came closer to you and knelt before you.  He took your face with one hand and turned it so you could look into his eyes.  He just looked at you for a moment before he started talking again.  "It's getting dark, you should go." He got up again. "B-but- my co-comission ..." you muttered, and you got up too.  "Don't dare to touch this flower." His voice was stern. "Now go, and .." he was silent for a while.  ,, I'm Zhongli, you should at least know my name. "You were surprised that he actually told you his name.

  But at the moment you didn't want to take the risk, so you preferred to head back.  Lumin was still waiting for you, playing with something in her hand.  "You're finally back!" You just looked at her and nodded. "Do you have what you need?"  She asked, giving you a smile.  You just looked back at the place you left and sighed.

All the way back to Liyue, Lumin urged you to tell her what happened up there.  In the end, you gave up and told her everything.  Lumin thought for a moment.  "Zhongli ..Zhongli ... it doesn't tell me anything .... We'll ask in Liyue when we get there." The rest of the way was a grave silence, not even Paimon said anything.

It didn't let you sleep and you had to come back.  That eyes.  Every time you tried to fall asleep, you saw them in front of you.  Noone knew anything about the stranger in Liyue.  You took a few things and headed back.  It was dark and a cold wind was blowing.  All the way, you wondered what you would do if you will see him again.

It didn't take that long and you were already in the place where you were sitting this afternoon, after something threw you away from that flower.  Now it was shining, and blue shards flew around it.  She looked so magical.  If only you could touch her.

You were already reaching out when two strong arms grabbed you from behind.  ,, Didn't I told you to not touch it? "That quiet and so calm voice." Uh-huh I ..I just ... "You couldn't even think at this point.  He was so close.  You could feel his breath on your neck.  ,, You just ..? "You felt him smile against your skin. He was still holding you in his arms.

Your heart was beating so fast you felt like it's going to jump out of your check and just run away.   ,,I know you are not that stupid to just touch it, right?" He whisperedin your ear.  ,,That flower wants you to touch her, right?" He then placed a soft kiss on your neck. You blushed so hard now. You almost could breath. ,, Don't let yourself touch it, it will only hurt you.." he smiled against your skin again. ,, Not that I would mind but I like you better like this." Okay here we go, you almost passed out. He then let you go and took one step away. He turned you around so he can take a look at you.

You were complet mess. Your mind couldn't work properly and you were slightly shaking. Your heart was about to jump and run away.

His smile exposed his sharp teeth.  You tried to not look at him but failed again. His eyes were shining in the dark and just couldn't stop yourself.

,,The sun is about to rise..." He looked behind you. ,,You should go..." He looked back at you. You just nod not realizing what is happening. ,,Come here again when the sun will go down.." he then kissed your cheek and left you there just standing.

Well....looks like you will have to build stairs here since you will come here again for sure.
