"I still can't believe that you made a song about BBM! Its hilarious," I say through the phone.

"Well BBM was relevant when I made the song so don't laugh," he says back to me.

"Yeah, yeah. Whatever. It's still funny"

"I guess it kind of is."

"I can't believe I'm 18 in one hour," I say.

"I can't wait. Then I'd be able to take you out on a date without getting arrested," he says.

We talk for a while and at midnight Myles screams, "Happy Birthday!!"

"Im 18! Oh my god, I'm legal! Channing Tatum here I come."

"What about me?"

"Oh yeah...I guess Channing will have to wait."

Myles starts laughing through the phone.

"What's so funny?"

"Im just happy, I can finally take you on a proper date, in public."

"I know right. So when is this date?"

"Tonight?"

My heart starts to beat faster than it has in a while and instead of saying yes I say, "I really like you"

"Haha I like you too, but is tonight okay?"

"Yeah, it is. I wish we were in Europe so you could take me clubbing."

"You don't seem like the clubbing type"

"Yeah im definitely not the type to look really hot in a super short dress BUT I can look really good in merch"

"My little fangirl"

"I'm tired"

We talk a little bit until I fall asleep and enter the dream world.

"Happy birthday!" my grandmother says to me.

"Thank you! I can't believe you remembered," I say to my grandmother.

"Honey I just started loosing my memory not too long ago. Please don't worry yourself."

"Grandma I know, but I'm still worried about you."

"I know honey, but I'm fine. What are your plans for today?"

"I'm going somewhere with a friend tonight around 7."

"Oh did you Mackenzie make up?"

"No Grandma, you asked me the same thing yesterday."

"Oh, silly me. I must have forgotten."

"Yeah..I know," I sigh I say as I continue eating my cereal.

I love my grandmother, and I know she tells me not to worry, but I can't help it. Shes my rock and I don't know what I'm going to do when she forgets who I am. I can't even thank her enough for taking me after what happened to my mom. After all, it is my fault...

You would expect me to be getting tons of birthday messages right now, but I'm not. No one cares enough about me. Everyone thinks I'm a freak. I'm such an ailen to them that they don't even bother to talk to me in person. It's all online and I hate it.

You're so weird

Will you name one of your cats after me when you end up alone?

No one will ever love you

Your mom was tired of seeing you, so she probably thanks you for what happened

These are the things I read everyday, but no, I don't cut. I listen to Kalin and Myles and somehow that little white boy and giant lightskin make me happier. They take away the pain, but sadly its only temporary.

I spend the whole day with my grandmother and we watch shows like Jerry Springer and Maury. She LOVES shark tank, but I personally think she just has a crush on the male sharks.

"It's time for your cake!"

"You bought me a cake? Thank you so much!"

"It even has your favorite color on it."

She remembered my favorite color.

"Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday Ashlynn, happy birthday to youuuu," sings my grandmother.

"Aw Grandma you should go on American Idol, your voice is amazing."

"I'll go on any show as long as that Simom Cowell man is my judge,"

My grandma likes Simon Cowell too. She likes all the old guys. ALL.

After eating my cake, I hear a knock on the door.

"Oh my god, it's him. I didn't get ready yet. Umm let him in, but don't tell him any embarrassing stories."

I run upstairs and go on a treasure hunt in my closet. I take out my black jeggings and my converse and my black and white striped shirt. I pass by the mirror and see that my hair is still wrapped, so I quickly take off the thing that I cover it with and brush up my braids a bit.

When I get downstairs, I see Myles talking to my grandmother and when he notices me, he stands up.

"Are you ready?" he asks

I nod my head and I walk out of my house with Myles.
