Chapter 9

Jungkook P.O.V

I sighed as I walked back home, scratching my head a whistling a little tune

I had forgotten to visit the cat today and I only left the palace at 9pm

Although I left earlier than yesterday, it was still pretty late

There still wasn't anybody around, which scares me

But I should be used to it by now

Luckily, the cat was still safe, no one attacked it

There it is again... the feeling of somebody watching me

I rubbed my hands together and blew into it due to the cool weather

I still can't shake off the feeling of being watched!

I turned around for probably the 4307293921948401th time, but again, there was no one

" Ughh... I'm being too paranoid, I better calm down "

I looked down, too scared to look up incase I see anything strange

I walked towards a old looking house, the roof tiles seemed loose but I didn't think too much about it

I was just minding my own business, when I heard a noise above me

I looked up and widened my eyes when I saw a roof tile coming loose

I didn't know what to do so I just covered myself with my hands and prepare for the roof tile to hit me

But after a few seconds, I didn't hear anything or felt any pain

I looked up again and felt my heart dropped

The roof tile was floating in the air!! And no one was holding it...

I felt my knees go weak and I fell on my butt on the cold hard ground, backing away

After I backed away, the roof tile stopped floating and then fell to the floor like nothing happened

I just continued to stare at it in horror, not believing my eyes

I can't stay here any longer, I'm not safe here

I'll probably going to get killed next, I got to go

I quickly got up to my feet despite my legs still shaking uncontrollably

I quickly ran away, not even knowing where I was running to

I just want to be safe and make sure whatever that was, doesn't find me

I hope what it isn't what I think it is

I kept running and running, looking back to make sure no one was running after me

I wasn't paying attention in front of me and that caused for me to bumped into a person

" AHHHHHHH!! GET AWAY FROM ME! " I screamed and shut my eyes but the person placed a hand on my mouth

" Shhhhh, it's me! Jungkook, its me! Calm down, what's wrong? "

I slowly opened my eyes to see Jimin hyung in front of me, looking worried

I felt tears rolling down my cheeks and I hugged him, glad to see a familiar face

Jimin was confused but he hugged me back, rubbing my back slowly

" Calm down, I'm here okay? " Jimin broke the hug and placed his hand on my cheek, wiping my tears away

" What's wrong now? Why're you crying? "
