Taehyung P.O.V

I widened my eyes in shock, and then I growled and pushed away from that person

" Why the fuck are you here? You shouldn't be here, you're not even welcomed in this kingdom, go home "

" Oh Taehyung, don't be so stubborn. How can I go home in peace, knowing that MY fiancé is here, cheating behind my back with some disgusting mortal? "

" Mind you Jennie, Jungkook isn't disgusting. Don't you EVER call him that again, if anyone is disgusting, it's you "

" How fucking dare you call me that?! I'm gorgeous, and you're still able to resist me so well?! Anyone would kill just to have my attention! You're lucky that I chosen you to be my fiancé! You have no idea of the amount of male and female vampires I have rejected out there because of you! "

" I never wanted to be in a relationship in the first place, let alone with you. And also, what's so good about you anyways? Yes I get it, you're pretty and blah blah blah all those shit that girls say. But other than your beauty, what else are you good at? NOTHING!! " I was just like you, Jennie, I used to be just like you. Cold, heartless, proud and bossy. And all I ever wanted last time was power and fresh human blood, but after I met Jungkook... I felt different, I felt my cold self becoming soft and warm. I'm a vampire, I'm basically a dead corpse, but I felt like a human again when I met Jungkook. He made me feel human, he made me feel like there isn't just power and blood in the world, but something else more, and that is love. Since God created Jungkook to give me a chance to change myself, then I'll do it "

" My mom used to teach me about love when I was younger, but my dad didn't like her methods of teaching me to grow up. My dad thinks that love doesn't work out in this world, and he doesn't want me to believe in love. He's like me, he also thinks that the most important thing in this world is power and fame. And so, he threatened my mom not to teach me about love again or else he would kill her with no regrets. My mom had no choice but to listen, and she never makes decisions, only my dad does. And whenever she has opinions or decisions, she will always ask my dad for permission, my mom is like me too, she has no freedom even if she's the queen. We're both stuck under the King's control, and I only learnt about power, not love. And since I looked up to my dad as I was younger, I chose to ignore my mom's words about love and listen to my dad instead "

" But I regretted that so much, after I met Jungkook, all the words about love that my mom said to me came back to my mind. And I decided that I don't want to follow in my father's footsteps anymore and become a cold and heartless king. I want to be like Jungkook, he's everything that an angel has, he's kind and beautiful, both inside and out. I want to be just like Jungkook, he makes me to want to become a better person. That's why I don't want Jungkook dead... he's like the cure, he's like the medicine to my controlled and fucked up life. Do you understand now where I'm coming from, Jennie? " I looked at her again, she had her eyes closed and seemed to be mind linking someone

She suddenly smirked and looked at me once more

" Well, that was a great grandmother's story you have there. Fine, I won't hurt your little disgusting moral. BUT, you'll still have to marry me, and I don't care what you say. I can just easily go and tell your father, and then I can have that mortal dead within the snap of my fingers "

" I'm not going to marry and you know that, quit being so stubborn "

" Why don't YOU quit being stubborn instead? You're the stubborn and stupid one around here, I'm the one meant for you, not that disgusting mortal "

" No, I'm not going back with you to that ' father ' of mine "

" Wow, you're bold. Going against your own father now? "

" He's not my father anymore, I don't want him to be my dad. What kind of dad treats their son and wife like this? "

" Ha, fine, you can stay here with your stupid mortal friends. But I promise you, you're still going to marry me one day and I don't care. If you don't, I'll tell your dad "

" Tell him then, I'll fucking fight him if I have to, I don't care anymore "

Jennie widened her eyes, " Y-you're fucking in love with that disgusting mortal?! "

" I... no, of course not "

" You're lying, I know you are. I can literally read your mind that you're unsure about your feelings towards that disgusting mortal "

" You can do that anyday, Taehyung " Jennie winked, making me want to barf

" Anyways, gotta return home like you said! Glad to finally see the slut that stole my fiancé from me " Jennie snapped her fingers, and then she was gone in a second, a cloud of smoke forming around where she was just seconds ago

I rolled my eyes and left the alleyway, dashing back to the others

I found them waiting for me at the same spot, Jungkook looking worried

" Geez, you took forever! I was starting to get worried! " Jungkook smacked me

I smiled and put my arm around Jungkook's shoulder, making sure to secure it tightly

Jennie's words still running in my head, do I really need to fight my dad?

" Come on, guys! Let's stop standing here and move on, I'm kinda hungry " Jin hyung said

" Me too, let's go eat! " Jungkook left my side

" Again? But I'm sleepy "

" Just come with us you big doof " Jimin tugged on Yoongi's arm, who walked lazily

I walked beside Jungkook, my arm still around his shoulder, looking out for any danger

I then AGAIN spotted another person with a black hood over his head and he was dressed in all black

" Vampire... " I muttered under my breath, that has to be a vampire. What kind of human dresses like this?

He was staring at me and Jungkook, but more specially at me

I pulled Jungkook closer towards me and more tightly, but not enough to make him choke

I could clearly see a small bit of brown hair poking out of the black hood

Weird... do I know anybody else with brown hair?
