As you sharpened your sword and axe with techno you noticed him turn around.

"Something's..wrong." he said to you, gripping the handle of the netherite sword.

"What's wrong?" you asked, gripping your own sword.

"wars here.." he whispered under his breath.

"h-how do you know ..?" he looked down at you and grabbed your hand looking you straight in the eyes.

"call wilbur, Niki, tommy, and tubbo. this is real."

"alright. stay safe." he chuckled and walked out.

you ran to their houses and  alerted them.

when you made it to niki's house you tapped on her door. it opened after a couple second and your breath hitched.

"do you need something?" she asked, leaning on the door.

"w-wars starting." you told her, tears starting in your eyes.

her eyes widened and she grabbed you. she held your face in her soft hands. she kissed you, her lips tasted like cherries.

after a minute, she pulled away.

"stay safe, please. I can't lose you."

"ill stay safe, you need to too." you said, holding her hand and kissing her again.

as she looked back at you, she walked to her closet, grabbing the uniform she never thought she'd have to use.

she pulled it on and kissed you again.

it felt like a husband going to war..which was exactly, besides husband.

"I love you so much." she mumbled into your forehead.

"I love you too, but you need to go." you sadly let out, putting a strand of hair behind her ear.

she left after and ran to l’manburg.

you watched as the first arrow flew, and another one, and another. pure chaos started.

it went on for another hour until Niki came home. she had a small bruise on her.

you got up and ran over to her. she winced and you pulled away, hands still laying on her elbows.

"how'd everything go?" you asked after a moment.

"we..won," she said, escaping a smile and hugging you but looked back at you in a concerning face, "b-but. . .d-dream..kissed me for victory."

her eyes welded with tears and she fell into your shoulder.

"i-im..so..so sorry." she said.

your head was racing. she kissed another person besides you, but you couldn't get attacked.

you kissed her roughly, her hands reached onto your face.

"listen, you, are, fine. don't feel sad." she fell onto your thighs and fell asleep in slight pain.
