Y/N walked on the path letting the cold, winter air hit her face.

When Y/N made it to Niki's house she hestitated with knocking. She did it though. Niki immediately opened the door to find the small, shaking Y/N. She hurried her inside. Y/N's small cheeks were red.

"Niki, can we speak?" Y/N said biting her cheek flesh.

"Of course." Niki smiled making her face scrunch.

I looked up at the girl making me tea. The way the light reflected off of her eyes made me want to melt into a thousand pieces.

"I don't wanna be your friend.." I spoke up, a long and hard consideration.

"What?.." Niki said. Her eyes becoming red.

"I wanna hold you, I wanna kiss you until we both have no more breath to share.." I said covering my red, embarrassed face. Still catching a glimpse of Niki's reliefed face.

She felt a warmth of her hands become hot. Niki cupped her face and kissed it. Like the outcome, the shared their breath until they had no more.

Y/N's coldness couldn't outgrow the warmth they were producing with their kisses. They laid there for a second before Niki spoke up,
"I thought you didn't like me."

"Well, does this answer whether I like you or not?" I said kissing her again. She nodded yes.

We both fell asleep cuddling on the couch. Niki's warm breath on my forehead felt correct.
