I was awoken from my peaceful slumber by the sound of knocking on my window. I groaned and rolled over, spotting Logan in the window. I blinked and rubbed the sleep out of my eyes. Logan waved at me and motioned for me to open the window. I let out another groan as I got out of bed and walked like a zombie to the window before opening it.
"You know, there is a thing called a door," I let out a yawn and stretched, "you should use it." I finished before falling back onto my bed.
"Well," Logan grunted as he climbed through the window and closed it, "climbing through a window is more fun."
Logan walked to the side of the bed where I was laying-- the right side -- and motioned for me to scoot over. I rolled my eyes and moved over, Logan climbing in after taking his shoes, shirt and pants off-- I would of drooled over his half naked body if I wasn't half asleep. He pulled the covers over himself and pulled me towards him-- I instantly curled into him, resting my head on his chest.
"Why are you here?" I asked softly, placing a sweet kiss on his chest.
"Parents." he murmured and that was all he needed to say for me to cuddle closer to him and give him a few soft kisses here and there.
I've always disliked Logan's parents for the way they treated him, and Mason. I don't hate them because I know what it's like to lose someone and once you lose someone you shut everything out until you feel ready to move on from grieving. But Logan's parents haven't moved on and he and I both know that they blame him, which is absolutely ridiculous. His sister's death was in no way his fault. It was an accident and they need to see that.
I fell asleep in Logan's arms dreaming of a little girl and her last moments on earth.

Sunlight shone on my face, waking me. I rubbed my eyes and glanced at Logan who have me a sheepish smile. I groaned and swatted his arm. The idiot had forgotten to close my curtain again.
I sighed dramatically as I got up, causing Logan to chuckle. I decided to shower because once I wake up in the morning, that's it: I won't fall asleep again. I told Logan my plans and he of course replied with,
"Can I join?" a smirk evident in his voice. I didn't even turn around when I answered.
"Of course you can't, Logan, keep it in your pants will you? It's not even seven yet." I rolled my eyes but couldn't help the little laugh that fell out my lips at the end. I could practically feel Logan grinning at me and my guess was proven right when he let out a cute laugh.
My shower woke me up fully and there was definitely no chance of me falling back asleep. I wrapped a towel around myself and hummed happily at the warmth of the towel. When I entered my room I spotted Logan shuffling through my underwear draw.
I rolled my eyes. "Find anything you wanna keep in there?" I joked and Logan spun around with a smirk on his face and a piece of material in his right hand.
"I've never seen you wear this before," he grinned as he showed me the tiny piece of black material; a thong, one I've never worn at that. My Mom bought it for me but it looks way too uncomfortable and to be honest, I'm kind of scared to wear it.
I snatched the underwear from his grip and shoved it into the bottom of my draw, closing my draw with my hip but not before grabbing a bra and a pair of underpants for me to wear today. "You never will, so forget that I have it." I smirked at his disappointed expression. "Now turn around, I need to get dressed." I instructed him.
"Come on, Muffin, it's nothing I haven't seen before." he placed his hands on my waist, over the towel covering my body.
I raised an eyebrow before saying, "Turn. Around."
Logan rolled his eyes but did as he was told. I dropped the towel and quickly slipped on the underwear and a T-Shirt with some sweats. I chose these comfy clothes because today was Friday and I decided that it was going to be a lazy day.
Once Logan had put some clothes on, we walked into the kitchen to make some breakfast. To say I was surprised to see my mother there with a small suitcase, getting ready to leave, was an understatement. I couldn't help but feel a little twinge of hurt. What if she was leaving me again? What if I wasn't supposed to be awake right now? Everything was just getting back to the way it used to be and now she's leaving again? But all my concerns were put to a halt when she smiled brightly at me.
"Haydee, honey, I'm going away for the weekend," I sighed out of relief, that's why she had the suitcase. "I should be back Monday latest." she gave me a big kiss on the forehead and smiled at Logan. "Love you, honey."
"Okay Mom, see you then, love you too." I waved and she walked out the door and we watched her drive off.
"Where is she going for the weekend?" Logan quizzed and I shrugged.
"No clue."
"Want to go to mine?" He asked and wrapped his arms around my waist; pulling me into him. I nodded and he dragged me out to his car after I grabbed keys and put some shoes on.
Logan pulled into his driveway just as a shiny Porsche backed out. Mr Collins saw us from the front seat of his Porsche and gave us a wave before speeding off down the road.
"Where is Mr Collins going?" I asked Logan as we got out his car and walked up to his house.
"Business vacation for the weekend." He stated and swung the door open.
I frowned. It's a bit strange that my Mom and Mr Collins are going away for the weekend at the exact same time. But it's just a coincidence, right? I mean, my Mom would never do that, right?
