Mickay's POV...
1 month and 3 weeks until...
I layed back in bed thinking about about him. Thinking instead of going to work to stand for hours with numb fingers doing clients hair. I have been thinking of him since the day he left. I thought about so much to when Devon and I meet two years ago.
●Flashback●
The only reason I was even at this place is because my father was turning fifty and he watched the Family Fude. So my uncle said why not wait until they hopefully bring the show to Miami for us to bring him there on his birthday. So here we are on the stage for the show.
"Give me Devon, Give me Mickay. " Steve said.
"Tell me something lazy people do just once a week."
The buzzers went of the same time. The first answer that came to my mind was spread the bed, I don't like doing it most the time.
He pointed to me and I said 'spread the bed' which was worth 33 points. Then pointed to Devon 'church.' That brought the score up to 42. Even though I was a pastor's kid, well the reverend's daughter and the pastor's niece.
"We're taking it Steve."
"Israel. Tell me something lazy people do just once a week."
"Grocery shopping, Steve." That gave us our first strike.
"Fabi-"
"Go out!" My father said getting over excited.
"Couldn't even let me finish the damn question. Go out!"
"Felix. Tell me something lazy people do just once a week."
"Cook." Which added 13 more points
Derick Israel's current boyfriend was asked next. "Derek you have one strike be careful. Tell me something lazy people do just once a week."
"Uh... Wash clothes Steve." That put 6 more points on the board.
"Mickay. Tell me something lazy people do just once a week."
"They ... Drink water once a week?" That gave my side a big fat red x .
"You drink water once a week? Girl your dehydrated."
"Israel. You have two strikes, if your answers up there you win the game if it's not the other family could steal. Tell me something lazy people do just once a week."
"Exercise."
"This is for the win. Exercise!" That was in fact up there bringing the total points round 146.
" Derek if your answers up there you win the game if it's not the other family could steal. Tell me something lazy people do just once a week."
"Uh Travel" He said laughing.
"Travel from bed to the computer screen? You sure this is your answer."
"It's up there Steve!" Israel yelled even though she was right next to him.
"This is for the win. Travel!" It wasn't up there but at least we tried.
"Quincy. If your answer is up there your family steals and you win the game. Tell me something lazy people do just once a week."
"Do things last minute."
They stole the points and they immediately went to the last round.
"1 point is valued $5. Give me Martha give me Timothe When we get back we play fast money."
Before walking off the stage, I looked around and lock eyes with Devon Russel. If someone told me one day that I would date a white guy I'd laugh.

"Hey. Mickay!" I heard my name being called when I was in the parking lot. "Hey." He said when he caught up to me.
"Hey Devon." I said waving.
