we waited for out uber to get here, everyone else was in the car but they were waiting until our uber got here. i was just on my phone scrolling though insta, i looked up and saw that our uber was pulling up. i closed my phone and got in, karl was talking to the driver, telling him where we were going.

time skip to when they get to the skating place

we all thanked the guy who drove us and got out, the three of us walked in, trying to look for the rest of the group. we all quickly realized that they already got inside so we went up to the front desk and got our wristbands. quackity insisted on paying for mine but i didnt let him, i wanted to pay for myself. we got our skates and put them on, i stood up and fell instantly onto the ground. quackity started to laugh at me but he eventually helped me up. everyone was already on the rink but i was too scared to fall on my ass again.

quackity's pov

y/n was too scared to get on the rink, i let her kinda glide as she was holding onto me. she was barely shuffling her feet when the next thing i see is her on the ground, we both started laughing as i helped her up. she finally got the hang of how to move around and skate, she let go of my arm and went a little forward but ended up falling again. wilbur was next to her and he helped her up, a few seconds later i felt a pair of hands on my shoulder. i quickly turned my head to see tommy smiling brightly, and tubbo right behind him. he said " ayyy big q whats up man!" i chuckled a bit and said "uh hey tommy, whats up?" tommy let go of my shoulders and came next to my ear and said "im just gonna tell you this once okay? i want you to stay away from y/n for me, its not to hard for you to do. just leave her alone." i looked at him and said "what? why would i leave her alone?" he pushed me a bit and it made me face him, he said "because i said so, i dont want you talking to her. it'll make my life and yours a lot easier, got it?" it pissed me off thinking that he owns her, that he could just go around and tell people that we shouldn't talk to y/n, like what kinda bullshit move is that? i got out of my thoughts and went and sat down, what tommy said ruined my whole mood, i didnt wanna skate anymore, i didnt even want to be in new york anymore. i sat and watched everyone else skate for a bit, karl came up to me and sat down, he said "hey why arent u skating anymore?" i looked at him and said "tommy was being a bitch and now i wanna leave." he said "oh, well why dont u go skate with y/n?" i sighed and said "thats the point i cant-" before i could finish what i was saying y/n came up to us and said "hey guys! why arent u skating anymore?" i looked around to see tommy starring at me, luckily karl said "we were just talking, we'll come back in a minute." y/n nodded her head and walked off, skating with niki. karl looked at me and said "ok so what were u saying?" i looked down at my feet and said "well, tommy doesnt want me to talk to y/n anymore. he said that i should be staying away from her. but he wont give me a reason." i heard karl giggle a bit and he said "thats why ur all sad!? who cares what he says? do whatever you want with y/n, its not like she wants to talk to him anyways" we both laughed and got up, we went to skate with sapnap so we would annoy him.

y/n's pov

i was skating with niki for a bit until tommy came up to me, i really didnt wanna talk to him. he said "hey y/n can i talk to you for a second?" i looked at him, i noticed again how he looked tired, or kinda mad. either way i said "uh no thanks" i skated away, trying to catch up with niki again when i felt someone grab my arm. my head quickly turned just to see it was tommy again, it was kinda pissing me off how badly he wanted to talk to me. i looked at him and said "what do you want? you can see i clearly dont want to talk to you, whats ur problem?" his expression changed kinda fast, ive never gotten mad at someone for trying to talk to me. he said "y/n- can you just please hear me out?" i looked at my apple watch and said "you have 3 minutes, go" he smiled a bit, and i could tell.
